There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Chambre minuscule d'environ 10m², complètement inadaptée à deux personnes : deux matelas de 70cm simplement collés l'un à l'autre qui tiennent lieu de lit double, impossible de dormir confortablement ni même de se retourner sans gêner l'autre. À peine la place de poser les valises.
La chambre donne sur la cour intérieure où sont entreposées les poubelles — bruit et odeurs au programme, repos impossible le matin. Aucune isolation phonique.
L'accès à la pension se fait via l'escalier en béton brut d'un immeuble résidentiel banal des années 50, sans lobby, sans accueil hôtelier digne de ce nom. On se croirait dans une résidence sociale, pas dans un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Le plus révoltant : les photos mises en avant sur Booking montrent des chambres avec meubles anciens, rideaux élégants, atmosphère viennoise — elles correspondent aux catégories supérieures, pas du tout à la chambre économique. C'est une publicité mensongère délibérée. Pour 415€ les deux nuits, on est en droit d'attendre autre chose qu'une chambre-cellule sur cour.

Rather expensive, but I guess Vienna is expensive. Entrance was pretty average. Lift was small and very old.

They falsely and misleadingly added in their description that they offer parking and parking garage. Apparently, what they mean is that there are public or city parkings nearby. Sorry, but that's NOT A FACILITY YOU ARE OFFERING. We came by car with bikes attached, our main goal was to avoid any public parking because we had to leave the bikes on the car, and for us basically that was the selling point of the hotel. I think this is, first of all, a problem starting with booking for allowing such a situation. Yes, if you further click on facilities you will see that it says in the description of the parking that it's not their parking, but maybe if I'm using the filters on booking I want to see ONLY properties that actually offer parking. Because again, having some public parkimgs around the property, IT IS NOT A FACILITY YOU ARE OFFERING. It's sth maybe the city is offering and goes without saying in many big cities of Europe that such parkings exist, especially around the city centre. Nevertheless, we booked it a few hours before arriving, paid in full, and only after we were told that the parking is not actually from the hotel. I requested a refund and cancellation because it wasn't even one hour past from the booking, and they didn't want to accept. I mean. It's not like we booked it months in advance and kept that room occupied for long and just decided to cancel the last moment. We had only booked it a few minutes previously. So yes, even if the stay itself wasn't too bad, the overall experience was totally upsetting.
