Pros:

立地がとにかく最高です。
オペラ座のすぐ横で、ケルントナー通りからもすぐなので主要観光地に徒歩で行けます。
多くの地下鉄の通るカールスプラッツ駅からも近く地下鉄での移動にも非常に便利です。
立地、観光のしやすさを重視する方には最高だと思います。
またスタッフのかたもフレンドリーで親切でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫はなかったです。
ポータブル冷房なので少し音が大きく気になる人はいるかもしれません。(私は大丈夫でした。)
外観は古く(内装は問題ありませんでした)、入口は殺風景です。

Wonderful short day in the centre of Vienna near the State Opera House.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The airconditioning unit worked well. I received recommendations and tourist information ahead of time about restaurants, etc. Great recommendations.

Cons:

A little dated. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

ウィーンの我が家のようなお部屋
Pros:

ロケーションはオペラ座から徒歩３０秒。歩くのが好きなら観光名所の殆どを徒歩で回れると思います。
お部屋は今時の新しいホテルとは違って古き良き時代っぽく、内装は素敵でした。
また、お部屋が広かったのが助かりました。掃除も丁寧にされていて、入り口の問題さえなければまた利用したいです。

Cons:

玄関を開けたら階段を登らないとエレベーターに行けない。荷物用のスロープがありますが、傾斜がかなりあるので慣れない人には危険。クーラーの音が大きかったので寝る時は消して寝ました。

Pros:

Hotel Pension Susanne has a really great location. It was close to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is a little different from a typical hotel, as the rooms are located in two separate buildings. I would say it feels more like staying in an Airbnb. The reception is located in a room on the first floor of one of the buildings.

Our family room had a small kitchen and a coffee machine, which was very convenient. There was enough space for a family of four, and the room was clean and comfortable.

If I visit again, I would definitely consider staying here again, especially because of its excellent location.

Izcils personāls - gan īpašnieks ar savu šarmu, kurš personīgi manām mazāk pieredzējušām ceļa biedrēm sagatavoja Vīnes karti ar svarīgākajiem apskates objektiem, gan pārējais personāls. Sagādāja iespēju bez papildus maksas agrāk atpūsties apartamentā, kas bija bagātīgi apgādāts ar kafijas kapsulām, kafijas krējumu. Varējām uzglabāt bagāžu līdz lidojuma laikam. Izskanēja doma, ka šī komforta dēļ vien varētu vēlreiz atgriezties Vīnē. Kopējais iespaids ievērojami uzlaboja operas apmeklējuma kvalitāti, ar šo visu padarot Vīnes ceļojumu neaizmirstamu.
Mūsu vērtējums nevis 10, bet 3x10!

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

Loved the location and the staff were extremely helpful. They printed our seat reservations for the train for us and also had a tour book on Vienna we borrowed.

Cons:

Only drawback was that there wasn’t an outlet by one of the twin beds for phone charging overnight.
