Would never stay here again - ever!! The hotel is so outdated, old and broken. Nobody bothers to maintain it. Only one member of staff actually greeted us with a smile. All other members of staff were working like as if they hated their job and anything you ask from them (even milk) is a huge problem. Water was leaking in the bathroom and we complained about this multiple times every day. We were first told to just put up with it and then we were told over and over again that they will send an engineer to fix it. The Air Conditioning in the room was either freezing cold or humid and too hot. Terrible hotel which either needs closing down or huge repair work, along with a complete change of staff (apart from one). Breakfast was also terrible, with stale paratha and oily chicken.

Room wasn’t worth 18600 rs. Room condition was toooooo bad

Property was good. I didn’t like the room. It was so rough. Bed sheets to pillows and towels all are needed to be replaced.
