Pros:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your Hotel One branch faisalabad

For a hotel with such a big name, the basic facilities were completely missing:
1. There were no hangers in the room. 2. No bath scrub and no body lotion in the bathroom. 3. Towels were dirty and looked used. 4. Furniture was extremely old and worn-out, as if it were 50 years old. 5. There were many mosquitoes in the room, making it impossible to sleep. 6. The bed sheet was filthy and extremely old, it seemed like it had not been changed for the last five years.
If such basic amenities are not provided, then charging a premium price in the name of a famous brand is not justified. A local guest house that charges Rs. 3000 per night provides a better place to sleep than this.

Please take immediate action to improve your cleanliness and facilities.

Pretty standard hotel with pretty standard rooms.

Cons:

The hotel felt somewhat run-down overall and could use a few improvements; better mattresses, fresh bedsheets, and new towels would go a long way. The lobby and corridors also felt a bit dated and in need of a refresh

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel One. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and respectful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated their hospitality and the way they treated me. Truly a great team of wonderful people. I would definitely love to visit again! ❤️

More than a stay, a lovely experience!
Pros:

I’ve now been staying here for almost a month, extending my stay because of how comfortable and well taken care of I’ve felt throughout. I also had a few minor issues with my previous room, so I spoke with Laiba at reception, and she was incredibly sweet, understanding, and helpful. She arranged a room change according to my preferences and made sure the new room had everything I specifically requested.I also wanted to prepare a little surprise for my husband, and they sent Zahid Khalil along with a team to help me. Zahid Khalil was extremely helpful in arranging everything I specifically needed for the decor. I really appreciated having everything under one roof, from room decoration to delicious food and a cake from the hotel’s own baker. Everything was handled so smoothly and was genuinely so good.
The staff’s genuine care, cooperation, and attention to the little details really made me feel valued as a guest🤍

Feels like home!
Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is lovely, the room was clean and comfortable.
Laiba at the reception was wonderful and made the booking and checkin process very smooth and easy. The chef was also very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has been upgraded as well and has a really nice variety now.
Zahid Khalil has a pleasant personality, and Qurat-ul-Ain is such a sweet girl…always smiling, checking if everything was okay, especially during breakfast, and always around to help wherever needed.
Nasir the bellboy, is one of those people you’ll see welcoming you when you arrive and seeing you off when you leave, always with such a great smile. You’ll also see him around throughout your stay. He has a very respectful, polite, and well mannered personality and is always ready to assist with anything you need.
These are just a few names I remember who made my stay comfortable and easy.
Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I like clenness, breakfast and room comfort.

Cons:

Property didn't provide proper parking. My SUV parked at the road. In the morning it was covered with dust and junk. I requested for sharp clean but the staff didn't cooperate.
