Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Or room was a good size with a very big, comfy bed. Good sized bathroom with great shower. We had dinner at the restaurant which was really nice. Location is very good to explore the town, plus it’s overlooking the lake.

Cons:

The floor always felt dirty, like there was always a layer of dust. This may have been due to the extremely loud building works that we’re going during our stay. We weren’t warned of the works and they were very disruptive, especially as we were up at 3am to go to Tikal.

Great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. My room was very clean and had a mini-split air conditioning unit, which was needed with the heat. The staff were kind and attentive. Staff were particularly helpful in organizing my shuttle to the airport when I needed to make a last-minute change to my timing.

Location, helpful staff and sunset views!
Pros:

I loved the location of this property. It is perfectly situated for walking around Flores and it has a great roof terrace for watching the sun set. My room was spacious and so was my bed, which was really comfortable. The shower was good, plenty of hot water. My room also had the lake view! Communication with Federico before I arrived and during my stay was excellent. He was very helpful and kind.

Un peu cher mais une valeur sure
Pros:

Le prix était conséquent mais c'est Flores ! J'avais une très belle chambre avec vue sur le lac. Très agréable.

Cons:

Le resto de l'hotêl était un peu cher pour la qualité des aliments que j'ai mangé un soir. Partant très tôt je n'ai pas goûté le déjeuner inclus. Le personnel à la réception est toutefois efficace et aimable.

Great hotel offering everything you need in one place. Safe, great location, comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was great, the staff was super kind and helpful. They had access to money exchange at and to the on-site restaurant (food was great too). The front desk helped us set up our tour to Tikal, they gave us directions and recommendations. The bedroom was big enough, clean every day, the bed was comfortable, they had AC, hot water and wifi. The terrace was beautiful. Everything you needed was handy. Super recommended.

Cons:

Our room was facing the street and the street was noisy until late at night and early in the morning. However, we knew about it because of other reviews. Bring earplugs and a good mood, it's an active town (you'll have to deal with it).
