Pros:

I stayed at Hotel One Bhurban for two nights. While there were a few issues during my stay that could be improved, the staff was very courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is also excellent, offering beautiful surroundings and convenient access to nearby attractions.

Overall, despite some concerns that need attention, the positive attitude of the staff and the prime location contributed positively to my experience. I thank the team for their hospitality and wish them continued success.

Cons:

I encountered a few basic issues that I believe deserve attention. The internet speed was consistently poor, making it difficult to stay connected. The showers did not have mixer controls, which affected comfort and convenience. Additionally, the sink in the washroom was positioned very close to the commode, creating a cramped space. Unfortunately, I bumped my head against it twice during my stay and ended up with a bruise.

These are relatively basic matters that can be addressed and would significantly improve the guest experience.
