From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a warm smile and handled our check-in efficiently. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite and went above and beyond to assist us with all our requests.
Special appreciation to the entire Front Office team for their excellent service and hospitality. This is what makes [Hotel One lalazer] one of the best hotels. Will definitely stay again!
