Comfortable, and met our expectations
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location for touring Vilnius on foot. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was comfortable and very quiet at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was not served promptly. I did wonder if the chef had overslept, as breakfast is due to start at 7.30am, and items were still being brought out at 7.55am. Some of the items looked a bit tired - apples cut in quarters going brown, and mini croissants which felt a bit stale. However there was plenty of it, which was a compensation!

Prima hotel, locatie perfect!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, midden in de oude stad. Hotel heeft eigen parkeergelegenheid, is te reserveren voor €20/dag.
Wij hadden een ruime kamer voor 4 personen.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk!
Ontbijt goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding (€10 per persoon).

Cons:

Kamerinrichting is simpel en badkamer wat gedateerd, bedden wat verouderd.
Geen koelkastje op de kamer.

Viss ideāli un labāk kā gaidījām.
Pros:

Viss atbilda reklāmas foto redzētajam.- nojautām, ka var būt neierasti, jo braucam itkā uz klostera tipa viesnīcu. Bijām 4 dāmītes- draudzenes, visas esam apmierinātas!
Vieta ideāla, gultas , brokastis, darbinieki- viss labi!

Attention, malhonnête !!!! Un trou à rats au même prix qu'une chambre twin ou double rénovée

Attention, les photos affichées sur le site peuvent ne pas être conformes à la réalité. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu une chambre dans un état lamentable, moquette verdâtre usée et pleine de tâches, lit avec un matelas de 2 cm et enfoncé. Chambre en mauvaise état (302) ce qui.ne correspondait pas aux photos d'une chambre double sur le.site!
Après une nuit horrible et une réclamation avec instance , nous avons eu une chambre dans la partie rénovée. Chambre beaucoup plus sympathique !
Ils.nhesitent donc pas à proposer des chambres style "trou à rats" c'est honteux !!
Très déçue!! Depuis l'accueil n'est pas top. Néanmoins merci à la jeune réceptionniste d'avoir trouver une solution.
