No toilet paper and tissues

Location was about a 10min walk to the township , 1/3 rd of a toilet roll offered only for 3 ladies for 2 nights. Tried calling the number but no one picked up and no one replied to our left messages. Rubbish communication and would NOT stay again there are better options.

Property was quite rundown, fence missing panels, chipping paint and just seemed old. We had to retrieve the key from a lockbox on the fence that was positioned right behind the rubbish bins, all of which were overflowing with extra boxes of rubbish scattered around the bottom. I could only just reach the lockbox without moving the bins, the lockbox was also quite difficult to open. It was a very off putting start.
We then made our way inside and were immediately disappointed! Did not look at all like the photos, smaller than expected and just seemed neglected. One of the tap handles in the kitchen had come off, a cupboard door was broken and there was a glass of some substance left next to the microwave.
The beds were very haphazardly made, no care taken to make them presentable. The bathroom was also very small!
I attempted to sign into wifi only to get the message that the service wasn’t available due to an outstanding bill!
It was at this point we decided we couldn’t stay there, I had a baby and it just didn’t seem comfortable or safe.
I attempted to contact the number provided but had no answer. I have also messaged them and have still had no response. Very disappointed in this property!

On arrival the whole property just looks run down and neglected.
Our unit was ok, but lacked basic things like wine glasses and teaspoons among other things. The shower was great and it was quiet ( we had the whole property to ourselves) but there wasn’t much else going for it! Sadly we won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend it to others either

Very cute and cosy. Everything you need. Great location close to cafes, supermarket and dining options.

The apartment was small but tidy, quiet and well equipped.

Loved the property! Was really cool and cozy. Did not like as soon as we walked out the door the cleaner went straight in, just made us feel abit rushed. We checked out at 9.40. Would stay there again though :)

Well located and comfortable, within easy walking distance of shops etc.

If you’re looking for a place to crash after a day on the slopes, this is perfect.

Peaceful and quiet accommodation, family-friendly. Some furniture and appliances need updating.

Everything was clean and lovely. Clare was super friendly, and great with the check in time, and was very generous with letting us check out later the next day. Apartment was very accomodating and a close walk to the town centre! Will be back next year for sure! Would defiantly recommend this place!

Clean, warm, very well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday.

This flat was perfect for our family. Little touches like sharp knives, extras tea towels, a matrice in the porter cot and gorgeous cozy knee rugs made our stay far more comfortable. Simple things that most accommodations get wrong.

When we first arrived at the accomodation it appeared deserted, not a nice feeling at the end of a very long day. We looked around and finally my husband spotted a very tiny sign on the front door stating to phone a mobile upon arrival. We did and Claire came and opened up our room for us...it didn't look like much from the outside, however inside it was bliss. One small criticism...always check each rubbish bin...the toilet rubbish hadn't been emptied.

Nice & cosy apartment.. only one issue. Bathroom is too small.

- bathroom is very cramped

Comfortable accommodation in Methven but we were surprised to learn we had to clean up or would be charged extra. Not just the dishes but vacuuming, bathroom, toilet, shower. ..the lot. Dining table in a very small entrance. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine in the apartment.

Lovely set up, had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay.
