Pros:

O pessoal da limpeza, são educadíssimo e solícitos, ja os recepcionistas nada simpáticos.

Cons:

Os banheiros estão com as instalações ruins, e o atendentes da recepção.
Smente um recepcionista muito educado, quando chegamos ao hotel. A outra moça que estava fazendo o chekin da minha irmã extremamente antipatica.

A equipe, o restaurante e a segurança são muito bons, de primeira qualidade.

Cons:

Ao fechar a acomodação, no sistema não ficou claro que o estacionamento era pago, foi apenas uma noite por R$ 46,00.

Cama é confortavel, cafe da manha é bom!

Cons:

Muito barulhento. Localizado numa rodoviaria super barulhenta, caotica. Muito transito. Fica numa area bem feia. Nao me parece seguro.
É perto do estadio e da expo. Pra quem vai so pra esses eventos é bom. Mas nao recomendo se for pra visitar BH.
Fica numa area muito feia de belo horizonte. Ficamos decepcionadas com o desleixo dessa parte da cidade. Muito lixo na rua.
Estacionamento nao é incluso na diaria e é carissimo.

Falta de respeito com o hospede.
Pros:

Viajei a trabalho e fui avisada da recusa do meu cartão corporativo minutos antes de chegar no hotel, eram mais de 21hs da noite. Eles não aceitaram o faturamento, sendo que já faturaram para nós e possuímos cadastro. Tive que pagar do meu bolso uma despesa alta e inesperada.
