tanto el peronal como la gerencia se portaron de maravilla. Mi pareja ha sufrido recientemente una Pancreatitis aguda y tiene que seguir un regimen muy estricto comiendo muy pocas cosas . Ellos se encargaron de todo e incluso de diseñas un menu especifico para ella cada dia. Ademas nos cambiaron la habiatacion a una superior con vistas al mar sin cargo adicional

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht von den oberen Zimmern auf die Dünen und das Meer.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet hat uns nicht überzeugt. Gute Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen fürs Auge schön, für den Gaumen manchmal zu matschig, zu trocken oder zu faad, selten sehr gut.

Pros:

This wasn't the first time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. Everything there is excellent. Beautiful ocean view, gourmet restaurant, spacious and bright rooms.

Cons:

The shower stalls are poorly designed; even with low water pressure, a significant amount of water spills onto the floor.

Pros:

Everything from the breakfast to the rooms with (distant but unobstructed see view), pool area and staff, who were quite nice to our baby

Tout , l’emplacement, la chambre grande , claire et très confortable,sa vue magnifique , la restauration , la dimension de l’hôtel pas trop grande , la piscine assez grande elle pour nager
Et en plus , une surprise le jour anniversaire de mon mari : un petit mot déposé dans la chambre avec un cadeau de la part de l’hôtel …🥰🙏

Our second stay was even better than the first! We can’t wait to go back again!!
Pros:

The rooms are super comfortable and huge!
The balcony is very comfortable and beautiful views.
The bathroom is stunning. Very powerful shower.
Excellent quality food and choices for breakfast and dinner. My favourite was the chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries!
Beautiful cocktails.
Always plenty of sun loungers available.
The gym was well equipped. We used this every day!
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The fridge was not very cold.
No kettle in the room, only coffee machine.
Neither was an issue for us.

Todo excelente. Pudimos hacer el check in a las 10:00 de la mañana, y quedamos muy agradecidos porque veníamos muy cansados del viaje. También nos invitaron a desayunar y nos mejoraron la habitación a una con mejores vistas.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel en waren bijzonder tevreden over de uitstekende ligging, waardoor alles makkelijk te voet bereikbaar was. Het eten was zeer gevarieerd en lekker, het personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en onze kamer 422 bood bovendien een prachtig uitzicht. Een speciale dank aan de schoonmaakdame voor de dagelijkse piekfijne netheid van de kamer. Een dikke merci aan het volledige team voor de warme service!

Very nice hotel, fantastic view of the dunes and the sea (from some rooms), great rich breakfast until 11 am. Excellent cleanliness, cleaning time adapted to the guest. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to the dunes and the beach and the center (to Yumbo 1200m).

Cons:

Bad wifi in the room - not possible to use it. Designer doors to the bathroom and toilet made of heavy glass - very difficult to manipulate, they cannot be closed and everything can be heard.

Hôtel correspondant à presque toutes nos attentes
Pros:

Le vue est splendide si vous prenez une chambre au 4ème. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié. Bien assez de chaises longues autour de la piscine. Accès par les dunes à la plage aménagée en 10 minutes.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas aimé le lit double qui était composé de deux lits simples qui se séparaient à chaque mouvement car sur roulettes. De plus, pour le prix de la chambre , ils pourraient offrir une bouteille d’eau par jour, voir deux.
