Dieses Hotel nie wieder Preis Leistung schlecht
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung

Cons:

Doppelzimmer gebucht ein behinderten gerechtes erhalten betten standen hintereinander Bad wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Ein anderes Zimmer gab es für uns nicht.Sind sehr enttäuscht

Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich.
Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel, keine Bar, das Essen im Restaurant war ganz schlecht serviert wurde nach Reklamation nach 1 Einhalt Stunden.

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung keine 4 Sterne verdient!
Cons:

Die Reinigung erfolgte alle 2 Tage und es wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt und lediglich nur die Handtücher getauscht. Tägliche Reinigung sollte 10,00 EUR zusätzlich pro Tag kosten!
Die Brausearmatur wurde bemängelt und konnte nicht behoben werden. Der Duschablauf müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden (sieht nicht hygienisch aus)
Das Waschbecken und die Armaturen sahen sehr runtergekommen aus!

Pros:

Das Willkommenspaket für unseren Hund

Cons:

Der Reinigungsservice war ungenügend, Seifenspender leer und nicht aufgefüllt, Krümel in den Schubladen, auch nach dem Zimmerservice, Teppich nicht gesaugt, Zimmerservice nur alle zwei Tage, auf Wunsch nur mit Zusatzkosten buchbar. Bei einem so hohen Zimmerpreis völlig unverschämt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich das Hotel auf unsere Email-Bewertung nicht gemeldet hat, obwohl wir diese damals noch nicht öffentlich gemacht hatten.

Kühlungsborn ist eine Reise wert, zumal wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten.
Pros:

Frühstück hervorragend, ebenso Restaurant.

Cons:

Preislich sehr hoch dotiert. 18,00 Euro Parken/Nacht auf einem unbeleuchteten offenen und unbewachten Parkplatz hinterm Haus ist schon ziemlich hoch gegriffen.
