Staff muito simpático e atencioso, hotel com uma piscina incrível, em tamanho, temperatura, e envolvência. O quarto era muito grande, e confortável. A limpeza está impecável, o pequeno almoço era saboroso. Está numa zona segura e calma, muito perto da zona velha. A relação qualidade preço é incrível. Aconselho muito.
Staff, the size of the rooms, pool, breakfast, bikes and the position between old town and A bang beach . Also lots of restaurants, cafes, spas in close proximity.

Staff where polite and bed was so comfortable

This was a beautiful hotel in easy walking distance from the old town. The staff here were incredibly friendly and kind, as a solo traveller I felt very welcomed and very safe. I would stay here again when I next return to Hoi An
Outstanding property with magnificent staff. A big shout out to Vince, Hugh, Ken and Dolphin at the front desk/ concierge.
Breakfast was plentiful, nutritious and varied. All fresh and well prepared.
The whole hotel is immaculately clean. Lovely decor and the best pool ever! Larger than a lot of exclusive hotels!
Shuttle services run into the Old Town and to the beach. A great service!

Too short of a stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great and the breakfast was very good!
Location was great, quiet and easy enough to get to the main town with the free shuttle and free bicycles. If not a grab was very easy to get.
All the staff were excellent and very friendly.
The room was pretty basic, it was comfortable and big but could do with some touches.
They provide two small bottles of water each day which is nice, but almost all places we’ve stayed have provided a free water refill. There seemed to be one in reception but staff wouldn’t let me use it not sure why.
Very minor things that wouldn’t put me off staying again.
From the moment of entry it was absolutely superb .The staff were amazing beautiful and bent over backwards to help you especially Ken and Vin .we travel the world and have never seen staff like them .Great room very comfy bed very quiet.Close to great coffee shops and restaurants.Relaxing by their pool in the day beds were great.Fantastic breakfast.New push bikes were supplied to ride the spectacular rice fields .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and offered a good variety. The hotel is in a quiet location.
Poor room soundproofing. There was only decent water pressure in the shower in the mornings, which made it inconvenient to wash.

호텔은 오래되었지만 룸 컨디션과 조식이 가성비가 좋았고 셔틀이 있어 올드타운과 안방비치를 다녀올 수 있었던점
룸2개를 사용했는데 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사했음
올드타운 가려면 걸어서 20분 그랩은 항상 잘 잡힘.
룸2개 중 1룸에서 화장실에서 올라오는 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했음. 짐을 다시 싸기 귀찮아서 방을 바꾸지 않은게 2박내내 후회됨 비닐봉지에 물을 담아 막아두고 사용했지만 냄새가 많이 났음
3월은 수영하기 좋은 날씨였지만 수영장 깊이가 160이 젤 낮은듯. 수영을 못하면 놀기가 불편. 아이들 용 수영장이 옆에ㅠ있긴하지만 성인들이 놀기에는 여러모로 아쉬움
I had a wonderful experience in your Hotel.The rooms are clean and comfortablr. The service was good. Foods are great. Staff are friendly. EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTHLY. Special thanks to Dolphin, Vin, Snow for assisting us the moment we want to try biking. He's so nice and kind. I highly recommend this accomodation for future travellers herw in Hanoi Vietnam.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was peaceful and calm, away from the noise of the Old Town — exactly what we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the fresh pomegranate juice!
