Great facilities and welcoming staff
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Hoi An Sincerity. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who gave lots of recommendations for places to visit along with a map of the town. Nice big pool, a really homely room and the option to borrow a bike for free every day which we did multiple times. We were also able to leave our bags for the day when we checked out which was a great help as we weren’t leaving until the evening.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t great as the water spurted everywhere but it wouldn’t put me off staying again

Buena locación
Pros:

Hotel muy comodo, habitación grande, personal amable, buen desayuno y buena piscina. Cumple perfectamente para tener un buen descanso.
Tienen bus (auto) de acercamiento a old town es horarios pre establecidos.

Cons:

Tener que agendar el acercamiento con anticipación, sobre todo desde el centro al hotel cuando uno no siempre tiene wifi para hablar al wsp que entregan. De todos modos un taxi no es caro.

Staff muito simpático e atencioso, hotel com uma piscina incrível, em tamanho, temperatura, e envolvência. O quarto era muito grande, e confortável. A limpeza está impecável, o pequeno almoço era saboroso. Está numa zona segura e calma, muito perto da zona velha. A relação qualidade preço é incrível. Aconselho muito.

Excellent stay from start to finish
Pros:

Stayed here in May 2026. This staff are lovely, rooms are spacious and the amenities are excellent for a boutique hotel with a restaurant, pool, gym and access to free bikes.

We would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff, the size of the rooms, pool, breakfast, bikes and the position between old town and A bang beach . Also lots of restaurants, cafes, spas in close proximity.

Cons:

The shuttle bus no longer running.
