A few teething issues, but a good place to stay
Pros:

Really good location, clean and comfortable

Cons:

Check in was hard as self service and difficult to load the key card, it was good a security guard appeared to assist otherwise I doubt we would be able to access the room, also double charged for room , but rectified in the morning by a very helpful staff member

Good practical option

Tolles Zimmer mit allem was das Herz behehrt an super Lage
Pros:

Super schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Bademänrwl, Bügelbrett - alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann. Dazu eine tolle Dachterrasse und sehr hilfsbereites Personal - ich war total geflast und kann es nur jedem empfehlen!

Equipement moderne, propre, très grand lit, douche italienne, coin cuisine sympa, machine Nespresso, roof top

Le frigo sentait très mauvais et ne se fermait pas

Un accueil exceptionnel et une équipe très attentionnée
Pros:

Excellent accueil du début à la fin. Le personnel a été très professionnel, chaleureux et toujours disponible. L’établissement était propre, agréable et très bien situé à 2 mn de la gare. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse et leur sens du service : j’avais oublié mon téléphone après mon départ et l’équipe a exceptionnellement proposé qu’une personne vienne un dimanche, alors que le personnel ne travaille pas le week end, afin qu’un proche puisse le récupérer. Un geste vraiment rare et très apprécié. Merci encore pour votre aide et votre bienveillance.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier. Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.
