Pros:

Clean room & bathroom, access card integrated to lift, comfy bed, restaurant food was not fantastic but quite good.
Staff is very friendly, pleasant attitude.

Cons:

TV remote is not sensitive enough, need to really point it directly to the receiver which is a bit troublesome as the TV is elevated.
When TV is off, there are still some blurred icon images.
Bathroom door insulation could be better so that water does not leak out from the shower.
Lift button need to press harder before the lift comes (it made a sound when pressed softly, but lift didn't come).

Best staycation during visit Jakarta
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Hayam Wuruk. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to enjoy. The service was excellent, especially from Mas Yuka, who was very kind, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. The room standards are already very good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Short stay or long , basic good plumbing is very important .
Pros:

Like that all staffs are polite and very kind .
Helpful to seniors .

Cons:

Major plumbing problems are inadequately addressed , mainly because there is no properly trained technician , every thing that was done are like an Band Aid Job . Very unfortunate that management does not set a standard for the technicians or check if item said to be repaired are actually properly repaired .

El señor del taxi que nos recogió en el aeropuerto muy seguramente por no pagar peaje en vía principal, nos trasladó por zonas muy deprimidas, que impactan negativamente sobre lo que es la Ciudad.
