Cons:

We checked in on Saturday and was not informed that there’s no room servicing on Sunday. When I went to reception at 5pm to ask for fresh towels there wasn’t anyone there despite being open til 6.

We’ll certaintly stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely and clean. Smelt so fresh as soon as you walked in. Accra to the restaurant via the hotel lobby was fantastic.

Cons:

No shower door made the whole bathroom floor very slippery

I think there must be a nightclub Next Door there was music all night
Pros:

Only disappointing thing about the stay was breakfast well overcooked bacon was rock hard. eggs were cooked way too hot. They were burnt on the bottom. Very disappointing breakfast. The rest of the day was excellent.

Breakfast and I think there’s a nightclub next door as you could hear music in the background until 7 am in the morning

Comfortable and relaxing night away, I will be back!
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, the 11am checkout was fantastic too!
The room service was delicious and I slept well in the bed I had in my room.

Clean, coffee machine was great, reasonably comfy and quiet.

Cons:

Bed was too soft, room was cold due to windows being left open, shower water pressure was poor.
It just didnt feel like the amount paid was justified
