Pros:

Grundsätzlich tolles und modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Personal war etwas überfordert, da wir Teil einer größeren Gruppe waren. Aber man sollte davon ausgehen das dies grundsätzlich kein Problem darstellen sollte. So hat man teilweise recht lange auf seine Zimmer gewartet.... Auch wie man im Restaurant um 22.00 hinauskomplementiert wurde, hinterließ nicht den besten Eindruck.

Sehr gutes, aber in einigen Bereichen unangemessen teures Hotel.
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit und Leistung der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, Frühstück

Cons:

Die Portion Spargel mit Kartoffeln kostete 29 Euro. Für eine Zusatzportion Spargel mit fünf Stangen wurden 17 Euro berechnet. Bei fünf Stangen Spargel waren das 3,40 Euro für eine Stange Spargel !!
Die Ladestation für E-Autos befindet sich im Parkhaus, was pro Nacht schon 22 Euro kostet. Die Kosten für das Aufladen waren nicht angegeben und beliefen sich- wie sich später herausstellte - auf 81 Cent pro kwh . Das ist - vorsichtig ausgedrückt - sehr teuer, mussten wir auf unserer Reise nach Frankreich nirgendwo für das Laden bezahlen. !

Das Personal war freundlich.

Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen (22€ pro Tag) einen PKW Stellplatz im Parkhaus gebucht, um den ca. 300 m langen Aufstieg vom Außenparkplatz zu vermeiden. Ich bin 80 Jahre alt. Über Zufahrtsbeschränkungen der beiden Parkplätze ab Donnerstagmorgen früh und der Sperrung der Hotelvorfahrt ab Mittwochabend wurden wir nicht informiert.

Am Donnerstagmorgen wurde uns plötzlich die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus und das Abstellen unseres PKW auf dem Außenparkplatz von Vertretern des Automobilclubs von Oldtimern mit dem Hinweis, man habe das Parkhaus und den ganzen Parkplatz gemietet, verweigert. Ich habe meinen PKW notgedrungen trotz Warnung des Clubvertreters auf dem Parkplatz abgestellt.

Nach einigem Hinundher bekam ich die Parkgebühr erstattet. Der für die Rezeption verantwortliche Chef äußert weder ein Wort des Bedauern noch eine Entschuldigung.

Das war ein ziemlich unerfreuliches Erlebnis.

Schönes Haus.
Pros:

Schöne Anlage, schönes Gebäude. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Service aber ein bisschen durchwachsen. Eine extrem nette Dame, die jeden Morgen beim Frühstück war, sonst aber auch ein paar wechselnde Kräfte, die weniger freundlich waren.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind für zwei Personen eher klein; ein einzelner Sessel im Doppelzimmer macht nicht so viel Sinn.
