Pros:

Qualité, robustesse et grandeurs des équipements.

Cons:

Chambre non faite : lit non fait et chambre non rangée à notre retour vers minuit.
Pas d'explication préalable du système inconnu de pancartes mis en place, à placer sur la poignée extérieure de porte pour demander le service alors que celui-ci est toujours inclus dans une nuitée et payé.

Pros:

Très grand hôtel au calme . Beaucoup de place de parking.
Grandes chambres

Cons:

Malheureusement la salle de bain et particulièrement les toilettes étaient aussi sale que sur une air d’autoroute.
Les oreillers n’avaient pas été changé.
Le buffet déjeuner proposé bcp de choses mais avec une partie delà nourriture pas fraîche

Die Parkgebühren finde ich dafür, daß das Hotel außerhalb liegt und insofern nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar ist, ziemlich happig.

Lovely hotel, great location and pleased to spit a black squirrel in the grounds.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and local Brauhaus beer.

Cons:

New fridge policy having it turned off meant storing cold drinks down with reception.

Not really convenient being without cold drinks in your room or milk for tea and coffee.

Customer service very mixed. Breakfast staff excellent throughout.

Bar staff good overall.

Reception staff very mixed ranging from excellent to not really on the ball.

Might have a made a bit more effort bearing in mind I was celebrating my 70th there, following on from celebrating my 60th 10 years ago.

Pros:

Die stimmige Verbindung zwischen historischem und modernen Gebäuden. Die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten.
Auch waren unsere Räder im benachbarten Parkhaus gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für mich zu hart. Leider gab es keinen Topper. Es wurde jedoch mit einer anderen Lösung geholfen.

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter ruhiger Lage. Sensationelles Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Zimmer top und mit tollem Ausblick.
