Little weekend away
Pros:

The fact that we had an upgrade to the 8th floor was a very nice touch. The staff were brilliant.

Pros:

The staff are really friendly and attentive, excellent check in service, location was perfect for the ACC Liverpool event I was attending. Breakfast was a nice selection of food all cooked lovely and all very warm. Staff at breakfast were attentive and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, perfectly clean and a lovely size. Particularly loved the large bathroom with rainfall shower.

Lovely hotel in great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room with great view.

Cons:

Breakfast was too busy and I was asked by staff to sit in the lobby / bar area without cutlery on Thursday morning.


Other guests in the bar were very rowdy on Friday evening - shouting and singing. I would have expected staff to have managed that more promptly.
