Enjoyed our Stay at the Pullman and Liverpool
Pros:

Evening meal was good.Room was large with nice river view. Breakfast and Evening meal was very good value.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Could have been a better choice of breakfast
Wi fi in reception was very poor. OK in the rooms

Liverpool is a great vibrant city full of very funny witty and helpful people.
Pros:

Proximity to everything. Very very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

think the breakfast could have offered far more choice. Not enough choice of breads/spreads etc Pastries/ fresh fruit needed to be replaced far more quickly. Better selection of yogurts. For what we paid would not expect to have honey in a paper cup! Shower room smelt very damp. Took the next day to get slippers after asking on arrival. Toiletries not the best.

Wonderful stay. Thankyou to each member of staff for their consistent excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent customer service from reception check in/out. Doorman services excellent with great knowledge of area. Breakfast everything one could ask for with friendly excellent service.
2nd visit to the property and will return in the future.

Generic, got the job done
Pros:

This hotel was very conveniently located. It had a gym, and good food. There was 24/7 staff which was very helpful. Loved the staff.

Cons:

My room was really not cleaned well. There was gunk in the shower, the floors were really dirty, and when I went to use a class it was clearly not changed from the previous person. Couldn't use it because it was dirty. There is a lot of traffic here though. We probably should have stayed at a smaller hotel as that is more my families speed. There was a big conference happening here while we stayed here so the hotel might have just been over extended. I appreciated they had a gym though.

Good value short stay
Pros:

The room is clean and the staff is nice.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit out of the way and is a good 15 minutes walk from Albert Dock where all the restaurants are.
