Pros:

The inclusive buffet breakfast had a lavish spread of dishes, and every single item we tried was delicious.

The staff was extremely friendly, and we really appreciated the overall service.

We had requested our rooms to be near to each other, in advance, as we had booked two rooms, and we were delighted to get interconnected rooms. I also asked the staff about the occupancy, and they mentioned that the hotel was heavily booked due to the Independence Day holiday falling over the weekend. However, we honestly didn’t feel the impact of the high occupancy at all. There was still a great sense of privacy and comfort throughout our stay.

The location is another big plus, with several food joints and shopping options nearby, including the area next to D-Mart. We even ordered through Swiggy once, and it was completely hassle-free.

We also received a lovely surprise of sweets and a cake for Independence Day. Such a thoughtful gesture ❤️

We absolutely loved the hospitality, service, food, and thoughtful little touches that made our stay special.

Cons:

Cold water in the pool was a bit disappointing. A hotel of this repute can definitely afford to have a heated pool. The pool was also quite small, although this didn’t affect us much because of the timings we chose. In the morning, there was hardly anyone around, and in the evening, there was only one other family.

The breakfast buffet was quite crowded, with only one coffee machine available. Rather than waiting for a waiter to serve us, we chose to help ourselves so we could get our coffee promptly. However, there was a queue to use the machine, while the waiter would also come to use it for guests ordering coffee at their tables.

At one point, the water ran out, which took a few minutes to refill, and then the milk ran out as well, again taking some time to be replenished. Considering it was a weekend, Independence Day holiday, and naturally a peak period with more guests, this could have been anticipated. For a hotel of this repute, I would definitely suggest having at least one additional coffee machine available during peak breakfast hours.

Een nacht verbleven als noodoplossing.
Pros:

Had nog een plek over. Vervoer naar naastgelegen Courtyard by Marriott was gratis. Normale kamer qua inrichting. Bedden waren prima. Regendouche was ok.

Cons:

Verouderd hotel. Alles was wat gesleten. Harde airco op de kamer, Water blijft staan in de douche. Handoeken dun. WC niet handig gepositioneerd. Schimmel op de kitranden, aanslag op de glazen douchwand. Personeel nogal kortaf en niet warm (rest van het hotel was wel warm).
