Do to the lack of clean bedding, I would not return.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy and greenish yellow. I had to call down to the front desk for a clean comforter as mine had fresh blood stains and a urine stain. It was obvious that they don’t wash them between stays and just wrap them in sheets. It made me question whether my bed was clean at all. The bathroom needs updating, the caulking is old and has mildew.

Pros:

The location is perfect if you plan to go to the falls. Decided to go see the 10 pm fireworks last minute and was able to get there really quick. The hotel was okay too.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit mediocre.

Excellent location and clean hotel.
Pros:

We liked the location as it was walking distance to the falls. Breakfast was good though would have preferred some warm Indian item as there were many families from India.

Cons:

Daily Housekeeping would have allowed cleaner bathrooms.
