השירות היה נהדר, החדר מעוצב בסגנון צעיר, נקי מאוד ותאם לצרכים שלנו, חדר אמבטיה מרווח, המיטות נוחות , קיבלנו בקבוק יין ומים מינרליים.
יש במלון מיקלט, למקרה הצורך.
יש בכניסה בית קפה נחמד .
חנייה - יש אמנם חניונים רבים בסביבה אך העלות שלהם גבוהה במיוחד ומייקרת מאוד את השהייה במקום. היה יכול להיות נחמד אילו היה הסדר תשלום מוזל עם אחד מהם.
אין חדר אוכל במלון
המקום שקט בפינה רגועה בלי המון ילדים הייתה לנו חוויה מהממת
החדר מרווח ונוח שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם מרפסת וזה היה כיף ממש
היו זמינים בכל שעה קיבלנו את החדרים בשעה 11:00 כשהגענו ולא היינו צריכים לחכות לשעה 15:00 היה חוויה מהנה מאוד

סגנון ארוחת הבוקר והשירות לא היו טובים. החדר קטן עם המון המון רעש מהמסדרון, העבודות על הרכבת הקלה פשוט הפכו את ההגעה והשהייה לסיוט

El desayuno y el lugar donde se sirve. Lo vendieron como buffet y no lo era. Muy poco surtido y en un lugar donde había solo 3 mesas. Luego había sillones con un pequeño blanquito imposible comer ahí
De café solo había una sola taza pequeña que llegó fría a la mesa y no se podía repetir..
הצוות במלון נפלא, שירלי וסופי היו מקסימות! קיבלנו יחס אישי וחם, כולל בקבוק יין מתנה בחדר, והכי שווה היה האפשרות לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר שאושר לנו ללא עלות מאחר שהתאפשר למלון.
המלון נמצא באלנבי שם יש עבודות כבר זמן רב על הרכבת הקלה, אז האזור קצת פחות נוח ונגיש, יש רעשים של עבודות כבר משעה מוקדמת וגם שומעים מטוסים בצורה מאוד חזקה. האיטום של החלונות הוא יחסית טוב אבל יש גבול לכמה הם יכולים לחסום. מאחר שזו פעם שנייה שלנו במלון נערכנו מראש והבאנו אטמים וכך יכולנו לישון ממש בכיף. מעבר לזה - המלון עצמו נוח ונעים מאוד
המלון היה במיקום מעולה, נוח, נעים ונקי. שירות לקוחות נפלא ונשמח לחזור לבקר בו.
חנייה בעייתית כי אין הרבה מקומות פנויים.
Stay here when you want to feel spoiled. This property provides all the “extras” and they do it with class. From the welcome note with my name on it, to the new large Dead Sea lotion bottle to wine split with a corkscrew to the best hotel shower anywhere in the world I have ever had the joy of using. Add to it 3 check in/check out women who are a treasure! Both made us comfortable in multiple languages, kindly stored our bags and generally made all parts of our stay exceptionally welcoming and comfortable. Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had in all of Israel. Thank you for your hospitality!
Not a thing to dislike. Even the black out blinds that let my lone soldier son get the afternoon of sleep that he needs were perfect.

אני וחברה הגענו ללילה אחד במלון. הקבלה נמצאת בבית קפה חמוד מאוד. שתינו שם קפה ואכלנו משהו מתוק. היה טוב.
החדר שקיבלנו מרווח, נקי, נעים ומעוצב יפה.
אחה"צ התקשרו מהקבלה, להפתעתי, לשאול אם הכול בסדר ואנחנו מרוצות. בסך הכול מדובר בצוות שירותי ונחמד!
והמיקום כמובן מושלם למי שרוצה לטייל באזור שוק הכרמל, נחלת בנימין או לבלות ברוטשילד.
מקבלים תמורה נהדרת למחיר. נראה שאחזור שוב!
יש בידוד סבבה לחדר, אבל בלילה שמענו מטוסים מעל המלון די חזק.
