המיקום טוב. קרוב לנחלת בנימין, שוק הכרמל ושינקין.
הצוות היה מקסים מהרגע שהגענו למלון.
ארוחת בוקר טובה( לא בופה)
החדר היה נקי ונוח.

אם לא היה עבודות רועשות מתחת לחלון,
המיקום היא מעולה

Cons:

עבודות בכביש מתחת לחלון, בשעה 22:30 בלילה.
כאשר נגשנו לקבלה להתלונן, ושוחחנו עם המנהלת, לא קיבלו שום מענה ופתרון. חזרה על עצמה שאין להם את לו״ז העבודות של הרכבת הקלה.
מן הראוי ומתוך כבוד ללקוחות שלכם, עליכם לציין לפני ההזמנה שזו אופציה שתיתכן.
אם הייתי יודעת שזה מה שעשוי לקרות, חד משמעית לא הייתי באה.

La habitacion era perfecta. Super limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

Sufrí una caída en la cafetería al resbalarme porque se pusieron a limpiar el suelo durante las horas de desayuno. Fueron muy amables y aunque la caída fue aparatosa no me hice nada y afortunadamente no llevaba ninguna bandeja. No obstante si consideran que la mejor hora para limpiar es la hora punta en la cafetería al menos deberían.señalizarlo.

Pros:

La ubicación maravillosa, a pasos de todo, la playa, el shuk, el centro comercial, supers.
La atencio 10/10 muy simpaticas todas las niñas de recepcion, con muy buena disposicion
El espacio justo y preciso, ideal para despues de un dia movido llegar a descansar
