Enttäuschend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet gut, alle Angestellten waren freundlich. Ausreichend - aber sehr enge - Parkplätze in der TG oder naheliegenden Parkhaus.

Cons:

Sei es der unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer, das dringend renovierungsbedürftige Bad oder die Lage direkt zur Straßenbahn: das Hotel kommt für mich für künftige Aufenthalte nicht mehr in Frage.

Pros:

Hotel nah am Bahnhof (bewusst gewählt), jedoch nichts zu hören. Aussen schön gestalt. Eine gemütliche Bar, wo man Abend Kleinigkeiten Essen kann. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr schön mit vielen speziellen wunderschönen Details Details. Ich kann nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

I will never stay at this hotel brand again. I genuinely regret booking this place. Don’t be fooled by the four-star rat

In my opinion, this hotel only resembles the original Best Western brand in name. I previously stayed at a four-star Best Western hotel in Oman, and the difference in quality was enormous. I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves a four-star rating; at best, it feels like a two-star hotel.

Cons:

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The toilet and shower were dirty, and there was hair on the bedsheet, which made it seem like the sheets had not been changed. I was too tired to complain since we were only staying for one night.
