Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple mentions of 'bersih', 'clean and modern rooms' and decent buffet area, though a few reports of dirt/cracked walls and a smelly carpark reduce the score slightly.
Service
8.8
Several positive mentions of friendly, welcoming and efficient staff (front desk staff Shikin, F&B staff Mr Mazwin) and efficient lift/room service; isolated check-in staff rudeness noted but overall service is strong.
Location
9
Consistently praised: great/strategic location with many eateries, walking access to tourist spots and Jonker Street — repeatedly cited as a major positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable with comfy bedding and improvements since prior stays, but some reports of poor maintenance (cracked walls, slow shower drain) create a mixed rating.
Amenities
7.6
Amenities show issues: parking validation inconvenience, limited executive lounge availability, sparse lobby/no evening activities and lack of in-room iron; some positives like free parking noted.
Value for Money
8.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not explicitly discussed in reviews).
Food and Beverage
7.2
Frequently criticized breakfast: described as poor/basic, repetitive and lacking Malaysian flavours, though a few guests praised the buffet/said breakfast was awesome—overall slightly below average.
Overall Experience
7.9
Generally pleasant stays and a 'welcome home' feeling cited by many, with comfortable short-stay suitability; some operational and F&B issues temper the overall impression.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka. The location is very convenient, close to shopping malls like Mahkota Parade and within easy reach of main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good variety of delicious options. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Highly recommended!
