Quiétude et séreinté ne font parties de cet hôtel
Pros:

L emplacement pour visiter le château de Chantilly

Cons:

Impossible de dormir dans la chambre, pourtant j avais spécifié vouloir une chambre au calme lors de la réservation. La première chambre était à côté de l ascenseur, il nous a été proposé une autre chambre qui était à côté de la cage d escalier avec toutes les nuisances sonores que cela implique. J ai dû dormir sur un canapé convertible avec un confort sommaire…
Le serveur du petit déjeuner avait oublié politesse et bienveillance: j ai dû réclamer des serviettes malgré ces passages répétés cela ne lui a jamais venu à l idée de nous en fournir, malgré mes salutations dès mon arrivée car de sa part aucun mot n est sorti de sa bouche.
Enfin il n y avait personne pour ouvrir le parking, ce n est pas faute de sonner et de téléphoner, nous avons attendu plus de 5 minutes au soleil.

Mi era stata assegnato una camera singola molto piccola e poco confortevole e con alcuni accessori non funzionante. Molto disagevole.

Location for Chateau and train station was excellent and receptionist Lea was very helpful.

Cons:

Couldn't purchase a soft drink on Sunday afternoon as we were told the bar was closed and the guy at reception couldn't put it through the till. Not great on a very warm afternoon. Reluctant to give us refills of cream/milk for our room to put in our coffee and when he did it was 1 each!

Immense déception : rapport qualité/prix totalement indecent
Pros:

L'emplacement est bon.

Cons:

Le tarif exorbitant par rapport a la qualité de la chambre et du service. Cela ne vaut pas la moitié du tariif facturé. De même pour le restaurant : qualité très moyenne, quantité insuffisante et service " limite" . Pour 250 € la nuit dans une chambre single, on aurait attendu une chambre spacieuse ( très petite), un grand lit ( il était minuscule), et des services de qualité ( très "cheap"). Hyper déçue, je ne recommande absolument pas!

L'hôtel était excellent et tout le personnel, de jour comme de nuit, était très aimable. L'hôtel était d'une propreté impeccable, notamment grâce au directeur, Thomas. Merci pour le confort et la tranquillité absolue.
