Great Customer Service
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and employees very professional. Front check in desk employees are the best. They listen and here you out to assist on any issues that you might have had and in my case...it was all cleared up.

¡Excelente experiencia! El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. La ubicación también es muy conveniente. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente, especialmente para familias.

Pros:

El alojamiento bien ubicado , terrible el servicio, no había con quien comunicarse , una sola persona en recepción sin posibilidad de atender a los huéspedes.

Los dos ascensores dañados tres de los cuatro días que nos alojamos., nos toco bajar las maletas grandes por las escaleras desde un piso 12.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en mal estado y mal servicio. Por poco personal.

Pros:

Not much, the location is not bad but, Galleria Mall shopping stops at 9pm.

Cons:

No assistance with luggage, just self service. Reception is on the 3rd floor. Not much info from the Receptionist that was onsite with regards to directions and restaurant choices.
Rooms are stuffy and no proper shower, only a bath with shower head and curtain.
Beds were very uncomfortable, including the pillows.
Air conditioning is very loud.
