Excellent service
Pros:

Located in a quiet area in Macpherson surrounded by many excellent food options littered around the area. Hotel provided free shuttle to the nearest MRT and paid services to other further train stations.

What stood out for me in this hotel was the excellent services povided by the staff from reception the moment I stepped in. Special shout out to the ever smiling Fifi(Elma’) who was exceptional and her team.

Will definitely be back.

Warm welcome, outstanding staff and a great experiences !
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this Ibis style hotel in Singapore.
Despite arriving late at night, I received a very warm welcome from Elma. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. After a long journey, her hospitality was truly appreciated.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. The breakfast was varied, generous, and of excellent quality.
I would also like to thank the manager, Nantha, who kindly accommodated my request for a late check-out. He was very attentive, understanding, and offered me a thoughtful commercial gesture, always with a smile. This level of customer service really makes a difference.
The entire team at this hotel genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

The only positive was the proximity to the Gurkha camp where my parent had to go several times.
Pros:

The receptionists were helpful in getting taxis etc for my elderly parents.

Cons:

There was no shampoo, conditioner, fridge was not turned on, no drinking water. Not elderly friendly.

Consistently good for a place to call it a night after visiting families and friends.
Pros:

I’ve been staying for every family visit for the past few years and it’s consistently delivered. It’s close to where my mum lives, and it’s a short bus ride to several MRT (Singapore’s equivalent of the London tube). The hotel is also close by to a couple of 24 hour eateries which can be very handy when one’s jet lagged and hungry at 3am. The team at the hotel are delightful and helpful. I’d like to specifically thank Chris who has welcomed me over the years. For a comfortable stay with the option of a pool and a small functional gym, this hotel is good value for money.

Excellent Customer service
Pros:

Excellent 5 star customer service. Thanknyou Ron and Mona @ Chat and Chow. We will definitely be dining here again. Highly recommend Ibis Styles at McPherson to anyone who want friendly hospitality and exceptional customer service. The pool area looks great with all the lighting.
