no airflow or ventilation on the 4th floor. The bathroom was extremely damp and warm, with black speckles all over the ceiling. This should be checked for BLACK MOLD, our family got congested only while staying in this room for a portion of our trip. The room setup was fine, but again with no airflow, it was extremely uncomfortable when someone in our family had to use the bathroom, the whole room stank.

The pool was dirty and had band aids laying around, the water was cloudy.

Que deberían haser limpieza todos los días hablo por mi estube 2 noches y no limpiaron yo se que hay un anuncio que hacen limpieza si se quedan por 3 noches ese es el único cambio que deberían de ejecutarlo ya que e ido a otros hoteles y hacen limpieza todos los días esa es mi opinión que es para vien. First night we had a broken air conditioner that barely worked and was incredibly loud. The second night it worked fine but randomly screeched. I wish I could post videos of the noises.

We had a clogged sink that wouldn't drain the first time we used it.

3 out of 4 bed lights didn't work.

Empty conditioner and nearly empty shampoo on the first night.

The vent in the room was exceptionally loud and blew freezing cold air on whoever was closest to the unit. Any skin exposed was uncomfortable during the night.

I reserved this hotel 6 months ago for $594 for 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for my family of 5. When we go to check in, they gave us a key for a king bed and a sofa. Went back down to the front desk where we waited for 20 mins for staff to come back. I showed him what I booked and the price. He said, "That's an issue with booking.com, not us. Take it up with them. We do have 2 queen beds available." So he put us in the right room but then charged me $894. We get to the room, tv doesn't work, we only have 2 towels, and there is melted cheese on the microwave plate. My husband goes back down to the lobby. We get 2 more towels because they're "behind" on towels. I ended up fixing the TV and cleaning the plate. We never did get more the whole 4 nights we stayed. We also never had housekeeping either, and there no sign to put out that we needed it. The pool was disgusting. My kids kept pulling hair out of it and piling it up on the side of the pool along with the chewed up pickle chunk. It sat there for 3 days before it ever got cleaned. The fitted sheet of the bed I slept on wouldn't stay on. The elastic on it was shot. Middle of the night, I kept having to fix the bed sheet. The wad of hair I pulled out of the tub drain because it was draining a little slow. The morning we left a nice little black bug crawled out of the sink. Never staying there again.

Maid service was non existent. We had to ask for trash to be emptied several times and still ended up doing it ourselves. Asked for exrta towels at the front desk and still had to find a maid who spoke no english. I had to physically show her what I wanted and they never took the dirty ones. We were there from Sunday to Friday and there was never a maid in our room the entire time other than when we asked for towels.

They didn’t try to contact us once they knew they couldn’t fill our reservation. We had to find another hotel chain after a four hour drive and after midnight. We were exhausted and frustrated. The staff did nothing to assist with accommodations after waiting for 30 mins when we tried to check in.
