Not a very nice place to stay and such a dirty area of town. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was a confusing layout seen holiday inn doesn’t exist there anymore . The whole 2 hotels in one is crap and confusing. I was so annoyed you had to pay extra $100 for 2 nights to stay in the hotels parking complex. We had stayed at the holiday inn in Austin and no additional charges. The first room we got the blinds were falling to bits, lights didn’t work and they had upgraded us :(. So we got changed to a different room which was a bit better but not that great. So really not a very good experience for the money we paid.

Péssimo hotel, com certeza a pior experiência de hospedagem que já tive na vida. Logo na chegada, o elevador que ligava a garagem à recepção estava quebrado. Durante a estadia, passei dois dias sem água no banheiro. Além disso, a recepção é compartilhada com outro hotel, gerando muita confusão. O pior de tudo foi a cobrança duplicada: me cobraram indevidamente no balcão por uma reserva que já estava paga pelo Booking. Foram necessárias muitas ligações, mensagens e o desgaste de ter que expor a fatura do meu cartão de crédito para que fizessem o estorno, o que levou longos 30 dias. Não recomendo

The property almost looked abandoned. You had to go to the sister property to even check in. There is no at the front desk rooms were dated. It just felt unsafe.
