Pros:

Struttura ben tenuta e ampia. La piscina meravigliosa è sempre pulita. Staff molto gentile. Colazione favolosa con torte nuove ogni mattina fatte da loro. Una nota di merito alla cameriera bionda della colazione che ogni mattina ci accoglieva con un sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire a casa.
SPA piccolina ma molto ben tenuta. I piatti del ristorante buoni e la carne eccellente. Il maneggio è proprio accanto alla struttura con possibilità di fare una passeggiata e vedere i cavalli.

Cons:

Assenza di zanzariere alle finestre. Soffione della doccia da pulire meglio perché era pieno di calcare e da alcuni buchi non fuoriusciva l’acqua. In un resort come questo avrei optato per camere superior deluxe con Smart TV.

Oltre ogni aspettativa
Pros:

La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale per ogni esigenza. Aver pernottato in una camera migliore di quella prenotata e il ristorante, dove si mangia veramente bene . A disposizione anche la piscina interna all'hotel, situato in un bel contesto.

Great potential
Pros:

The location and the atmosphere is amazing. Most of the stuff, especially the ones at the reception are amazing people, very helpful and very positive attitude. Special thanks to them from here. The restaurant was very successful.

Cons:

The waitress Gina was a nightmare. You order something from her, she goes away. Not towards the kitchen, not towards the bar… She goes away as soon as you finish talking. Then after 30 minutes you ask what is taking so long and she has no idea what you want(ed). Then she brings a random thing with her instead of what you wanted and acts as if this is normal. This did not happen once, it happened many many times in all 4 of the days we stayed there. When we need to order something we hided from Gina and waited for other waitresses.

Uitstekend verblijf in mooi wandelgebied.
