It was a place to return to sleep - that's all
Pros:

No breakfast in hotel. Not many places for breakfast - shops closed as it was a night happening area
No water filter to replenish bottles if we wanted. Melaka is hot.
Only Chinese newspapers
Cleaning staff were hospitable.
Front office could have been more helpful

Cons:

You could put a settee at lift areas.
Lounge, etc not accommodating.
It is a hotel for people who just come for business
TV had only Chinese channels, reception bad
No fridge in rooms
Toiletry in bathroom sparse
No place to hang clothes in bathroom when bathing

Good stay but to look into improvements.
Pros:

Very Clean. Nearby eatery places. Walking distance to Jonker Street. Friendly staffs.

Cons:

During peak season parking is insufficient and short of housekeeping staff which delayed in make up room.
Room facing main road, will have noise from the opposite food court due to singing entertainment.

Good and value for money.
Pros:

The premise location are in the middle of Melaka city center. Nearby this hotel have quite a lot of restaurants and stalls that provide delicious foods and beverages.

Cons:

Cleaning services to room are delay and slow. Need to upgrade the staff skills and communication skills.

Pros:

It's very comfy, clean and tidy room. Water heater and air conditioning functioned very good. My parents love it because they have lift. 'Kiblat' arrow also provided.

Cons:

Nothing i didn't like actually..but for improvement, its better to provide sejadah in future for muslim.
