bugs in most rooms, they don’t care at all unfortunately

nice big window with a nice view and as a female traveller i felt safe

Cons:

the staff were very ignorant, i understand this is their livelihood but we had to change rooms at 930pm at night 3 times due to bugs being all over the rooms. the staff disregarded it and said that the bugs were only small and it didn’t matter. with a mix of what we suggest are termites and ants everywhere. the manager told us that he didn’t hear anything about this issue and therefore there’s nothing he could do when we asked for him to be informed.

Ok for a one night stay to see the city
Pros:

Nice comfortable room, great view of the mountains. Centrally located.
