Nothing better than Pesona if you're looking to have fun!
Pros:

Pool and rooms were exactly as the pictures. The staff was excellent. Their restaurant as always full, they have the best Indian food and hookah in the island. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the main activity center of the island. Pesona is in the middle of all the great bars, restaurants, spas, diving centers, beach clubs. The location is perfect for anyone who prefers lively, fully of fun, loud spaces!

Énormément d’attente pour un petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, attendre 20/30min pour se retrouver avec des œufs trop cuits …
La nourriture a l’hôtel est cher pour ce que l’on mange ..

Perfect gilli stay
Pros:

Loved everything about this place but the staff had to be the highlight. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Beautiful rooms, the spa is fantastic and the food was incredible.

Amazing! Relaxing, enjoyable, fun. I will be back again for sure and would not even consider elsewhere.
Pros:

I have nothing to fault about Persona. The location is amazing and ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, the harbour. The hotel itself is unique and beautiful. Interior is fab, the layout of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are lovely and spacious. Bathroom is huge with a massive shower, bed is huge and so comfortable. The bar/restaurant is lovely, amazing Indian food. The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, the spa is amazing, everything about this hotel is amazing!

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben außerdem eine kostenlose Massage bekommen, die wirklich eine der besten Massagen war die wir je hatten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig und nebenan ist eine Diskothek. Aber dafür bekommt man auch etwas zum Ausgleich.

Good service and hospitality, perfect for people who want to party or enjoy gili night life.
Pros:

a. Staff was very courteous and warm and made your stay comfortable - they gave us an upgrade as our room was too noisy due to main-street location (no fault of the resort, its just in the heart of the party area).
b. Location is GREAT is you want to party, eat, chill and be in the active area of Gili / But it is a little far from good snorkel spots (20 min walk) and its own beachfront is on the harbor so you'd have to walk 1 km or so to enjoy good beach time.
c. Food is good, especially if you want Indian food.
d. Breakfast availability till 3:30 PM is perfect for people looking to sleep in till late.
e. They help you readily with activity booking, e-bike etc. at great prices so you don't have to haggle in the streets.

Cons:

a. Monday nights a terrible to sleep in as the club right next door plays loud music till 3AM. But if you want to party, good for you. We learned that late-night parties are rotating between clubs so any place on the east will have this issue atleast once a week.
b. Other nights are no problem, but it gets quiet only after 1AM.
c. Felt a little on the expensive side for the facilities/room.
d. The pool is too full of chlorine so its no use tbh.

Das indische Essen war Mega lecker 🥰
Die 12 Katzen die im Hotel leben. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der sonnige Pool war leider erst ab Nachmittag für Hotelgäste frei, da er belegt worden ist von der Tauchschule. Leider konnte man ins Meer nicht so gut gehen, da sehr viele Boote dort waren.

We enjoyed our time
Pros:

Close to harbour so we could walk everywhere
Staff were excellent
Breakfast was very good

Cons:

It was like a backpackers/ nightclub until 3 am
Not for a large family
No pool to swim in- front pool had divers in it the whole time
No where to relax or get away from the main road to relax

Busy area ,beach front ,very lively every night although we all have complimentary 60minutes body massage (excellent job from spa teams )

Cons:

Loud noise from nextdoor neighbour,very small pool (decorative pool ) the big pool at the front is Priorities for Scuba diving lesson only

Bella la camera, spaziosa e con una bella vista. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione discreta sia come quantità di scelta che di qualità.
