Pesona is in a good location, a little busy especially at night but the room was clean and cold, bed was comfortable. We will be coming back here!
Room was really nice and new, breakfast was great, we had everything that we needed. Hotel was close to popular spots just few minutes on foot.

The room was stunning and the location in principal was good.
The lack of customer service,
Location was very noisy with building works and although they moved us, I feel we should have been warned prior to arrival as we would have been able to make a choice to stay elsewhere, the building works were from this hotel. Similarly to the night club next door, the hotel messaged to say on a monday night it can be very noisy but it was actually noisy all three nights with club music. They do provide ear plugs as they recognise its a issue.
The breakfast menu was limited and when asked if there was alternate we were told no only charge, we ended up eating out after the first morning. I gave the hotel opportunity to refund some of the cost as I feel our stay was not worth the money we paid and they declined. This hotel was most expensive for us to stay and our least favourite due to the issues raised.

Noisy from building works and corridor were echoy.
Loved the pancakes for breakfast and location is very close from the port (walking distance). The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped us booking a private snorkelling trip (totally worth it) and getting bicycles to drive around the island. We had the twin room upstairs which was cozy and cute.
I slept like a baby but if you need complete silence to sleep, you may want to look for an option away from this area.

The fact you hear the music and people partying in the middle of the night. We only stayed one night so it was doable and OK, but staying more nights would’ve had a bigger impact.
