The property is very near to all business establishments.

Cons:

They were not responsive here on Booking.com. This trip was for our 10th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to make a special request.. which I completely understood might come with an additional charge—through the app’s private messaging feature. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was disappointing, especially for such a meaningful occasion.

Pros:

Bathroom issue. Super hard to push the flush in the toilet. The shower is cold even after adjusting. Front desk says I have to wait for 5 minutes before it will give warm shower. And its 10 minutes but only the slightest of warm you can feel. Even feels like regular room temp.

Wonderful Stay at Mandurriao
Pros:

Seda Atria Iloilo is an excellent choice if you’re visiting the city. The location is hard to beat—it’s within walking distance of the famous Esplanade, has several fast-food options right across the street, a convenient strip mall just behind the hotel, and is only a stone’s throw from SM City Iloilo when you need access to a full shopping mall.

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the hotel was impeccably clean, and breakfast was definitely on point with a great selection.

My only minor gripe is the room size. The bathrooms are quite spacious, and I feel some of that space could have been better allocated to the bedroom to make it feel a little roomier. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly stay here again.

Pros:

All staff were very helpful...even helped me adjust the weight of my baggage to conform to the limit...
The room and bathroom were very clean, pillows were the best...
Location was the BEST as it was right beside Atria where all the famous Iloilo cuisine can be found... stone's throw away to SM...taxi or Grab car were available 24 hours
Availed of the great relaxing massage in the bedroom...very worth it.
