Pros:

Had a nice experience staying in Seda Iloilo. Restaurants, spas, and a lot of establishments are nearby. Staffs are also kind and accomodating.

Consistent and reliable quality hotel in Mandurriao, Iloilo
Pros:

Overall, a good stay with Seda (as has been the case since 2018). Stayed here a few times already and Seda has been the default choice. Breakfast buffet is excellent, the rooms are still in good shape, and the location is quiet and not as hurried compared to the other hotels in Mandurriao.

Special thanks to Sofea, Emmanuel, Ryan and Christian for going above and beyond what their roles require them to do. Overall the staff at Seda are well-trained, polite, cheerful and respectful. Also for an Ilonggo, the "Maayong aga" greeting makes one feel at home once you exit the elevator in the mornings.

Great location, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Thank you for a great stay. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also loved the anniversary surprise setup in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Great Breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable Bed and Good Breakfast. Staff were also kind. Service was also great and not alot of noise outside of the room.

I was finally moved to Room 207, but theres construction noise, and the room nearby slams the door every time they close it. Electrical outlets are not strategically put - i have to blow dry in the bedroom where there are no mirrors, i have to move the electric water pot to the bedside table because there wasnt any outlet where its located.
Apparently theres no sauna and steam room and pool unlike the other Seda property in quezon city.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Seda Atria Iloilo
Pros:

I stayed at Seda Atria Iloilo from May 25–29 while attending a training event, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and other establishments. The atmosphere was relaxing yet professional, making it an excellent place to unwind after a full day of training. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the property was consistently impressive. Despite being in a busy area, the noise level was minimal, allowing for a restful stay. The staff provided excellent service, always courteous, attentive, and accommodating to guests' needs. The amenities were also well-suited for both work and relaxation. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Iloilo for business or leisure.
