We had an amazing stay at Misty Hills. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains, which made our stay feel extra special.
The staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily stay here again.
The staff were very friendly & really made every effort to make our stay as good as possible.
They go out of their way to help.
The rooftop infinity is great with awesome views.
I put a review in for my partners birthday & they decorated the room, and on arrival all the staff brought him a cake & sang happy birthday.
The room is pretty basic but that was fine, the only thing was our bathroom smelled like sewage & at certain times of the day it would get worse & then spread through the whole room which wasn’t nice.
We were barely in our room so wasn’t a major concern though.
We loved our stay here. The staff could not have been more welcoming and our room was massive with a stunning view over Ella hills. The swimming pool was a brilliant addition as well. Despite it being quiet the hotel staff went out of way at breakfast which was brilliant and we had such a lovely time here.
It’s a slightly longer walk into Ella itself but lots of tuktuks around if don’t fancy walk down at night.
A very warm welcome from the reception lady and a lovely room with an exceptional view.
The pool wasn’t as big as it looked on the pics but it was nice and I was the only one in there anyway! The view is spectacular and kind of makes you forget any small niggles.
Other staff were also talkative and friendly and we felt welcome.
Good location, not far from Ella centre and only 5 mins by tuk tuk.
The interior of the hotel looked a bit tired and our bathroom, although recently refurbished could have been better (the window was only just hanging in there!)
The restaurant area was very basic and had wobbly tables and lighting was poor in some places.
The breakfast was simple but had tasty freshly cooked omelettes but we chose not to eat there in the evening.

Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und muffig (Matratze, Bettwäsche…). Die Handtücher waren teilweise auch dreckig.

De gastvrijheid was echt geweldig. De locatie is top en de kamers zijn mooi. Het eten in het restaurant was ook erg lekker. Ze kunnen je overal mee helpen.

Отель немного подуставший, но персонал полностью восполняет этот небольшой минус!!! Вид из бассейна потрясающий, но будьте готовы к тому, что в Элле в целом немного прохладно и купаться вечером в нем будем не очень комфортно
Я бы провела небольшой ремонт в номерах - косметический и немного добавила мяса в завтраки, потому что из мяса были только одни сосиски, которые очень быстро разбирали))

Huge room, great views, really clean and super comfy bed! The staff were so lovely and helpful. Very pleased we chose somewhere with a pool!
We couldn’t get the water very hot in the shower (but may have been us doing something wrong?) and some of the towels maybe need an upgrade
Very well located, only a 10-15 min walk to town and to nice waterfalls! The staff were so nice and very helpful🙏🏼☺️ and very comfortable bed!

Our room was huge and the view was spectacular. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do and close to the main part for food and drinks at night. The staff were very attentive and kind.
