Prachtig uitzicht, we hadden een geweldige kamer upstage gekregen en heel erg genoten.
Top locatie ook, 2min tuktuk ride van de hoofdstraat af!

Poor eat poor staff

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine, la vue et la chambre. Le service de blanchisserie était également disponible, ce qui était vraiment pratique et appréciable !

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr fein und grosse Auswahl. Pool sauber mit Liegen und Pooltüchern. Zimmer sehr gross und schön. Personal sehr freundlich.

I am extremely disappointed by the receptionist 's rude and & unprofessional behavior.When a client asked to repeat something they didn 't catch, that reception lady " Medhani "dismissively stated she only says things one time.Customers deserve basic respect ,not this kind og cheap behavior.Management needs to address this properly.

Amazing view!!

The view - just wow. After driving through Elle, we hit a couple of really tight hairpin corners, the last of which dropped us at the foot of Misty Hills, a hotel perched on a rocky corner. We were warmly met on arrival by the lovely staff and offered a cooling towel and a refreshing juice. Check in was easy and before we knew it we had been escorted to our room and then wow again as we looked over the whole valley from our window. 

The room was quaint with a comfortable queen bed and tidy bathroom - all very clean and tidy. We booked a double deluxe room with Balcony which included daily breakfast.  The pool was a refreshing way to cool down and relax and that view was there again.

The staff were exceptional, extremely helpful and attentive and always with a lovely smile - this place was genuine both in the old creaky and soulful building that has evolved on the rock face and its wonderful staff - I definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly be returning to Misty Hills when we next visit Ella.

Fantastic view of the valley, Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak. Both from the rooms and the pool/restaurant area of the hotel. Super friendly and service minded staff. Our room on the 6th floor was huge and clean. 5 min ride to both Ella centre and Rawanna falls with Tuk Tuk

Het uitzicht, de enige reden van ons verblijf. De bedden waren wel comfortabel en de kamer was schoon. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.

Amazing views ! Set in a beautiful location close to everything. Big spacious rooms! The staff were so friendly as well very helpful with organising rides etc.

We had a great stay! The mountain view was absolutely breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning, and they kindly prepared a fresh takeaway breakfast for us. Highly recommended!

Wauw… Letterlijk alles was geweldig aan deze plek.
Het uitzicht, de kamer, het zwembad, het heerlijke bed, de onwijs lieve mensen die er werken en het plezier dat ze samen hadden tijdens hun werk. Het was zo’n warm verblijf dat ik bij aankomst op onze nieuwe plek echt even heb moeten acclimatiseren en een soort van heimwee voelde naar Misty Hills en Ella.

De communicatie van het hotel was top: wij hadden een taxi via hen vanaf het vliegveld en toen we daar stonden met de chauffeur kregen we eerst de manager van het hotel even aan de lijn, super persoonlijk. Het personeel heeft er duidelijk te zien zin in om samen te werken én zin om het je als gast naar je zin te maken. We hebben genoten van hun aanwezigheid, de praatjes en behulpzaamheid, het ontbijt (met omelet bar), de drankjes en menukaart aan het zwembad en het werkelijk waanzinnige uitzicht.

De kamer was perfect: groot, goede airco, een koelkast en het heerlijkste bed van de vakantie.

Wij hebben vanaf het hotel veel gelopen naar het centrum en vonden dit zelf goed te doen maar namen ook wel eens een Tuktuk of sprongen in de voorbij rijdende bus!

Misty Hills Ella resort is an excellent resort that is close to Ella town for convenience, but also perfectly tucked in a mountain away from the hustle and bustle. The bedroom was very big and the bed was super comfortable and big! My partner who is very tall has never slept in a bed that fits his feet in, so he was very pleased to be staying at Misty Hills for 4 nights.

The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and was very enjoyable to hang out after doing a big hike in the morning.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet each morning. The food offering consisted of a variety of Sri Lankan food and Western foods and was different each morning! They have a chef who cooks you a fresh omelette even! The staff were exceptional, we felt so comfortable and cared for.

I defintely will be returning to Misty hills!
