I don't want to stay again this location in JB Malaysia
Pros:

Break-fast is not per standard and clean is not as much compare other IHG hotel

Cons:

Front Desk staf and Manager are not treat as a guest eventhough i am holding Diamond membership , I requested early check in but not taken the priorirty of request

Staff were professional enough

Cons:

1. Walls are thin, insulation is poor, noise transmission is high both from outside, as well as sewage/water pipes interfloor. These components made this holiday a lousy business stay. Sleep quality badly affected.

2. Limited breakfast selection. Better off not having this option.

3. Mattress is too soft. Whole body collapsed onto it, making my sides (side sleeper) having aches the next day morning.

It’s at a good location

Cons:

The room floor was not cleaned properly.
Refills at the breakfast are very slow. No of tables for breakfast are less. Breakfast is ok. Not very great
