Good but can be better
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good and it is valued for the price

Cons:

The car park is not so convenient as it was located behind the hotel. Going into the car park is very difficult as it will take another 10 minutes to make a big round from the hotel lobby to the car park. The car park entry doesn’t allow me to go in with TNG card and need to call for help whenever I want to go in or out of the car park. Perhaps the hotel can improve on this.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, in het bijzonder bij receptie. Mensen waren zeer attent en behulpzaam. Vooral een zeer professionele dame bij de receptie met de naam Suri, wil ik bedanken voor alle advies en positieve energie.

Cons:

Kamers zijn erg klein en basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er wel.

Perfect, comfortable stay
Pros:

The interiors are tastefully designed and functional. Bright lighting in the room and clean linen. Breakfast spread and quality was very good. Staff was very attentive, competent, and responsive. I would stay again if I come back.

Cons:

Minor glitches here and there - door lock and TV remote needed fresh batteries - which the staff promptly rectified upon feedback. The items in the vending machine are slightly overpriced.
