Pros:

Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast. The staffs was friendly and helpful. It looks like a new hotel. They provide self laundry, comfortable surau - gymnasium.

Cons:

I can hear noise and even people snoring from the room next door. At around 1:00 a.m., people were still talking loudly, which made it difficult to rest.

Pros:

The front desk receptionist is friendly and always put on smile whenever saw us at the lobby. Nice city lights view from our room at night. We try the delicious pizza and the Kampong fried rice at the hotel cafe for dinner.

Cons:

The WiFi connection inside our room is very poor. Not smooth connection to surf the internet.

Guess room, small and messy. Only one staff do the clearing and cleaning.

Pros:

OK for a stopover,
Staff at reception and bar wonderful and friendly.
Family room with two bedrooms.
Free parking (though you drive about 6-7 minutes to get into the garage).
Close to JB Sentral

Cons:

Room smelled not very nice.
Stained carpet.
Water pressure and temperature control in shower not working properly as well as drain in sink.
Breakfast was alright but guests had to point out mouldy toast (was removed immediatley) and missing knives...

Bardzo zadowolny z pobytu w tym hotelu!
Pros:

Obsługa hotelu A+!!! Serdecznie pozdrawiam Panią Surie z recepcji - super miła osoba! bardzo pomocna! ...hotel bardzo czysty. Pokój 4 osobowy bardzo przestronny, super urządzony! Są dwie osobne sypialnie i dodatkowo część "wypoczynkowa" z kanapą. Śniadania - to takie standardowe w Azji.

Pros:

Super persolen! Pozdrowienia od rodzinki z Polski dla Pani Surie z recepcji!
Pokój dla 4 osób bardzo duży, dwie osobne sypialnie i dodatkowo przestrzeń wypoczynkowa z kanapą.
Byliśmy w tym hotelu dwa razy podczas naszej wycieczki po Malezji.
