Had an amazing time. The hotel was amazing as we're the staff, especially hotel entertainment staff - Tarik and friends.
Hospitality was fantastic. Plenty of things to do for all ages. Had a lovely relaxing family holiday.
Mufasa and Tarik a part of the entertainment team helped me fit in right away and made every volleyball game an incredible experience so massive thanks to them from Charlie
We had an amazing all-inclusive holiday at Miramare Beach in Side and completely understand why so many people rate it so highly.
One of the first things we noticed was how stylish and well looked after the hotel is. The rooms, restaurants, bars and shared areas are all spotless, modern and finished to a high standard. The gardens are beautifully maintained too, with plenty of palm trees and greenery that give the whole resort a really relaxing, tropical atmosphere.
The food was consistently good, with plenty of choice and different themed nights that stopped it becoming repetitive. The branded drinks were a nice bonus, and having a mixologist making cocktails definitely added to the experience. We also appreciated the little extras like the water refill stations, the patisserie, and the beach parties, which were always good fun. The gym deserves a mention as well—it has everything you need and was never overly busy while we were there.
The entertainment team really made our holiday. A huge thank you to Posha, Mustafa and Tarik, who were absolute standouts from start to finish. I must mention Mustafa as being an amazing magician aswell with his tricks that confused me. They worked incredibly hard every day, got everyone involved and created such a friendly atmosphere around the hotel. They deserve loads of credit because they genuinely made a difference to our stay. The daily beach volleyball became one of the highlights of each day. The only thing I’d suggest improving would be the evening singers, who were a little too relaxed for our taste.
The location is another big plus. The hotel sits right by the beach, there’s no shortage of shops nearby (including plenty selling designer-inspired goods), and the historic town of Side is only a short journey away. Walking around the harbour is lovely, and the Roman ruins are definitely worth taking the time to explore.
A couple of things future guests should know: there are quite a few families with young children, so the hotel has a lively atmosphere during the day, although there are still plenty of peaceful areas to unwind. During our stay, the majority of guests—probably around 80%—were German, which makes sense given the hotel’s ownership. Occasionally there was a slight language barrier with some bar and restaurant staff, but everyone was always polite, welcoming and happy to help.
The weather was incredibly hot while we were there, regularly exceeding 40°C with high humidity, so make sure you come prepared if you’re visiting in the middle of summer.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The staff genuinely care about making sure guests enjoy their holiday, and that really shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would happily recommend Miramare Beach to anyone considering staying here.
We’ve had a fantastic all-inclusive stay at Miramare Beach in Side and can honestly see why it receives such consistently high ratings.
What stood out most for me was the tasteful décor throughout the hotel. The rooms, bars, restaurants and public spaces are all beautifully designed, modern and impeccably clean. The attention to detail is obvious everywhere you look, and I especially loved the lush gardens, palm trees and overall tropical feel of the grounds.
The food was varied, fresh and genuinely tasty, with themed evenings that kept things interesting. The branded drinks were another welcome touch, and the mixologist added a nice premium feel to the experience. Other great touches included the water stations around the hotel, the patisserie, and the beach parties which created a fun atmosphere. The gym is excellent—well-equipped and, during our stay at least, surprisingly quiet.
A special mention must go to the entertainment team. Mustafa, Posha and Tariq consistently went above and beyond to involve guests, create a great atmosphere and make everyone feel welcome. Ask Mustafa for card trick by sun loungers. The daily beach volleyball was a real highlight and something I looked forward to every day. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that the evening singers could be a bit stronger, as they were quite gentle.
The location is excellent too. You’re right on the beach, with plenty of shops nearby including the inevitable designer fakes, and the beautiful old town of Side is only a short trip away. The marina is lovely to stroll around, and the extensive Roman ruins make it well worth visiting.
A couple of things worth knowing before you book: there are lots of families with young children, which gives the hotel a lively feel during the day, but it still respects quiet times and offers plenty of space to relax, especially with the long hours of sunshine. During our stay I’d estimate that over 80% of guests were German, reflecting the hotel’s German ownership. Communication with some bar and restaurant staff could occasionally get a little lost in translation, but everyone was friendly and helpful.
The weather during our stay was extremely hot—40+ degrees daily with very high humidity—which of course can’t be helped, but it’s worth being prepared for.
Overall, this is a hotel where the staff genuinely go above and beyond to ensure you have a great holiday. We’d happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
We're currently 10 days into a 12-night stay at Miramare Beach Hotel and have had a fantastic holiday overall. The hotel is modern, stylish and maintained to a very high standard, with all areas kept spotlessly clean.
Before we arrived, Tamar was incredibly attentive to our room requests and even introduced himself when we checked in, which was a lovely personal touch and set the tone for the excellent service.
The gardens are beautiful, with plenty of palm trees and shaded areas where you can relax on sunbeds. The hotel has a strict no sunbed reservation policy, which staff actively enforce, meaning there were always beds available – even if we didn't come down until around 11am.
The food has been plentiful with lots of choice, and the themed evenings helped keep things varied throughout our stay. We also tried the Italian à la carte restaurant. It was nice to be served at the table rather than using the buffet, although it would have been even better if the setting felt more distinct from the main restaurant. The fish à la carte looked excellent too, but despite staying for 12 nights we were only able to book one à la carte meal, which was a little disappointing.
The patisserie deserves a special mention. It's perfect for a coffee break, offering an impressive range of drinks you'd expect from a dedicated coffee shop, including hot and iced coffees, matcha, flavoured syrups and more, alongside delicious cakes and pastries and good quality icecreams Every morning Kevser greeted me with a warm hello whilst preparing my coffee.
Pool service is another highlight. Serkan deserves recognition for rollerskating around the pool and gardens throughout the day delivering drinks directly to guests – such a fun touch and always with a smile.
The entertainment is pitched perfectly: it's there if you want to join in but never intrusive. We played volleyball most days, and there were plenty of other activities including darts, aqua gym, yoga and also water polo is available at the sister hotel next door. The animation team, especially Moufasa, Tarik and Posha, did a brilliant job creating a fun atmosphere and managing activities, even when some guests became a little over-competitive! They also organised some fantastic larger events including an Ibiza-style beach party with lasers and a DJ, plus a children's festival with inflatables and bouncy castles.
The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Our only real criticism is the air conditioning. It couldn't be set below 23°C and one of our rooms always felt noticeably warmer than the other, making sleeping less comfortable than it should have been.
The hotel also serves branded spirits, and the cocktails made by the mixologists were excellent (at the sunset bar and the cocktail bar by the 'nightclub').
The location is very convenient. The main road is just a three-minute walk away, where you can catch the bus into Side Old Town for around €1.50 each way. The journey took about 15–20 minutes in the evening because of traffic, dropping us at the bus station. From there it's a lovely walk through the ancient ruins to the old town and harbour. There are also plenty of shops, bars and restaurants just outside the hotel.
One thing worth mentioning is that there were very few English guests during our stay. This wasn't an issue for us, but it may be something others would like to know before booking. Likewise, not all staff spoke strong English, so occasionally things were lost in translation. We found Google Translate very helpful whenever this happened.
Overall, we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Miramare Beach Hotel. The hotel gets so many things right, and with a couple of small improvements—particularly to the air conditioning in the rooms and the à la carte booking experience—it would be close to perfect.
A great intimate hotel and currently being served at the pool bar by Sefa. He is a great representative for the hotel and like all the staff he is very friendly and helpful. Ferdi for his friendly service and cocktails, Mustafa on the animation team for his welcoming personality and management of the daily volleyball both deserve recognition. The guest relations were also extremely helpful when we spoke with them. The food is great, the staff help to ensure the daily activities are well participated, volleyball always has a good turnout. The hotel grounds, sunbeds, restaurants etc are lovely. It is a smaller, more intimate hotel and a nice relaxed atmosphere. There is a great mix of nationalities. Definately a hotel i would recommend.
I am in the middle of a 14night stay here. Have to say it had been fantastic so far! All my expectations have been exceeded. There are too may staff to compliment! Very clean hotel, rooms, bathrooms, bars and various eating sites. Very wide selection of food and beverages, so every meal is interesting!
Entertainment is amazing here. The entertainment team really go the extra mile and there is constantly something to do!
It has been a family affair to play darts every day with Posha! His enthusiasm and passion really makes the game and competition exciting for the guests taking part. I will always treasure the medal I won for winning 21 Dart Game! We also love the Aquagym class done by Su every day. She makes it a real fun event and is able to get all the family in the pool. Tarik is full of fun and always warms up the guests on the entertainment nights! The evening shows are all very good. There is a good balance of singing, dancing and acrobatics so you are never bored.
Nothing but thanks to the waiters and bar tenders, Hakan, Ali, Ismail, Ramadan, Islam, Sude, Younus, Halil, Ozcan, Gokhan, the omlete/egg making ladies, and fresh juice ladies who have treated the family as kings. The bbq chefs Mehmet and Ali prepare chicken, lamb and beef like I have never tasted before! And no one can forget the rollerscating waiters Serkan and Osman who constantly serve any drinks you want to your lounger all day!
All in all I really can not wait to come back here in 2027, I have nothing but positive things to say! Thank you to you all!
This is my 3rd stay at this hotel as it’s fantastic as always. Hotel amenities was incredible, great food with lots of choice be it English or foods from around the world. Big shout out to Posha entertainment team, Hassan and Ozcan. All the team is amazing. Thanks again for a great stay. We’ll be back again 😊
It was another great stay at the Miramare beach hotel. The breakfast and lunch were amazing, the all inclusive was brilliant.
A big shout out to Posha, Hassan, Ozcan, Ali and others who were very helpful and informative during our stay.
We will come again.
Ich bin das zweite Mal hier und das Hotel war einfach super
The best holiday for families. Kids club was fantastic. My daughter who is 4 absolutely loved it! Lots for them to do! Big shout out to eylül and rümeysa they were fantastic!

I have had a lovely time at this hotel, amazing food and entertainment! Lovely facilities and location! Special mention to staff member Ozcan for beinf very welcoming and an amazing addition!
Just returned home after 10 nights at this wonderful hotel. The standard of accommodation is excellent, very well maintained, great quality food and drink and the staff are all friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I experienced a Turkish bath and massage in the hotel spa, although a little expensive, it was very good, best massage I've had. Also had some photos taken by Serhat the hotel photograph, very good quality and a really nice guy, gave us lot's of information of the local area. Big shout out to Sedat, Emel and irem for looking after us in the bar's and restaurants.
Everything perfect, best wishes to animator Tarik and Aziza. They were wonderful people. The food, bar and evening programs was good. Stuff working perfect.
We’ve just spent a week at Miramare Beach Hotel. We had a lovely time away. Hotel is very nice, everywhere smells lovely.
Rooms were comfortable & well equipped with everything you need, we did miss a traditional kettle though as water from the coffee machine wasn’t extra hot.
Beds were comfortable & linen changed regularly.
The hotel grounds are beautiful & well kept by the hard working gardeners.
Food was lovely, we always found something to eat. There was lots of choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert.
All the staff work hard & are very attentive & interact with you. We did tip, as we always do when visiting Türkiye.
Local amenities are close by. Lots of shops/restaurants etc. We ate at Fix Doner one evening, it was a nice wrap.
We ventured into Side via 2 dolmus/bus, which was a nice change of scenery.
A lot of German clientele, which a lot of the staff speak also.
Weather was lovely the majority of the week.
I’d happily come back to Miramare Beach hotel & I would recommend it.
A big shout out/thank you to Murat, Tarik & Irem who were very friendly, professional & attentive you’re an asset to the hotel.
Thank you.
This is our third time here. Everything fab as always, food, drink and staff
when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by lovely man who took ua into hotel reception. we then had our cases taken to room. All staff have been amazing. food has big variety and is always lovely. can't fault it. rooms and hotel all clean . fabulous holiday
My room is great and is cleaned each day. Staff are lovely and, welcoming and
This was a rare experience for us because we don't usually go back to the same place, never mind hotel, but we had enjoyed our first trip there three years ago and we were excited to take our friends to experience it as well.
So, We were allocated a lovely room on the ground floor near the indoor pool. The room was great and peaceful but given the time of year the cooler aircon wasn't switched on in the hotel yet so we had to keep our windows open at night. This was fine as we had a nice breeze but two things caused issues. 1) the very loud call to prayer every morning, very early. I appreciate this is the culture and I totally respect that however we didn't get great sleep s as a result. 2) with the windows open, every morning the stink of cigarette smoke came in the window, from where I'll never know but I did notice smoking is a very common thing in Side and possibly Turkey so bear that in mind.
Beds was oh so comfy, shower was great and to be honest, everything else about the place was top notch. The food was brilliant, especially the vegetables, all cooked in abundance and to perfection whether inside the restaurant or outside it on the grill.
There was loads of gluten free options available, even a small gluten free section with breads and desserts. Time for the name drops here, the chefs Issa and my good friend Arif looked after me so well as I have Coeliac disease, gluten free pancakes in the morning, GF pizza or burgers (on buns) for lunch, GF pastas for dinner, all made to order. This is in addition to all the other food that was suitable and pointed out by the other chefs there, including Sezgin and the executive chef (sorry, can't recall his name). These guys were all brilliant and helpful.
On to the waiters, we were delighted to see that along with Issa and Arif, Hakan was still working there waitering and again, nothing was a problem. Despite a reasonable occupancy level he remembered our drinks order every day without needing to ask. We were very happy to see him again.
Sedat and Hasan were also very welcoming and helpful as waiters and kept a happy smile whilst doing all they could for us.
Emer was still there as well, working in the patisserie bar and the main bar, very attentive and friendly. Arzu also made an impression on us at the bar, great service.
Last but not least I will mention Arjin from guest services, he was extremely helpful and chatty and did everything he could to make our stay as good as it could be.
The only changes at the hotel in the three years was the obvious display of certain spirits for drinking. Whilst lurking deep in the menus they were no longer all on display so make sure you check the menus out if you'd like a nice single malt...
The health spa was also great, i'd recommend checking it out and having a hammam scrub and a massgge, deals can be done on the prices!
Small things that could be sorted to make a better experience for all. The fridge in each room was well stocked with soft drinks, beer and water both still and carbonated but even though they knew I was Coeliac there was an opportunity missed to put some GF beer in the fridge instead, that would been really 5 star treatment and extremely welcome. Further to that, despite the wide range of beers on the menus in each bar, there was no GF beer or lager to be seen anywhere and no cider so people with Coeliac Disease (1% of the population) don't get the same choice as everyone else.
There are ample opportunities to walk along the beach into old Side if you avert your eyes to a lot of junk lying near the water outside some of the hotels but it didn't spoil things for us and certainly nothing to do with our hotel which was spotlessly clean.
I'd like to extend my hearfelt thanks to all of the staff named above, especially Arif Iskin, my good friend in Turkey! (you can't see my older reviews as I've been locked out of that account so this is the first of a new run!)
