The best holiday for families. Kids club was fantastic. My daughter who is 4 absolutely loved it! Lots for them to do! Big shout out to eylül and rümeysa they were fantastic!
I Had a great time at this hotel all of the staff were very accommodating and it has everything you could possibly need good food excellent entertainment and great facilities I would also like to give a special shoutout to Tarik who was very accommodating and helpful from the minute I arrived to the day I checked out!

Just returned home after 10 nights at this wonderful hotel. The standard of accommodation is excellent, very well maintained, great quality food and drink and the staff are all friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I experienced a Turkish bath and massage in the hotel spa, although a little expensive, it was very good, best massage I've had. Also had some photos taken by Serhat the hotel photograph, very good quality and a really nice guy, gave us lot's of information of the local area. Big shout out to Sedat, Emel and irem for looking after us in the bar's and restaurants.
Everything perfect, best wishes to animator Tarik and Aziza. They were wonderful people. The food, bar and evening programs was good. Stuff working perfect.
We’ve just spent a week at Miramare Beach Hotel. We had a lovely time away. Hotel is very nice, everywhere smells lovely.
Rooms were comfortable & well equipped with everything you need, we did miss a traditional kettle though as water from the coffee machine wasn’t extra hot.
Beds were comfortable & linen changed regularly.
The hotel grounds are beautiful & well kept by the hard working gardeners.
Food was lovely, we always found something to eat. There was lots of choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert.
All the staff work hard & are very attentive & interact with you. We did tip, as we always do when visiting Türkiye.
Local amenities are close by. Lots of shops/restaurants etc. We ate at Fix Doner one evening, it was a nice wrap.
We ventured into Side via 2 dolmus/bus, which was a nice change of scenery.
A lot of German clientele, which a lot of the staff speak also.
Weather was lovely the majority of the week.
I’d happily come back to Miramare Beach hotel & I would recommend it.

when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by lovely man who took ua into hotel reception. we then had our cases taken to room. All staff have been amazing. food has big variety and is always lovely. can't fault it. rooms and hotel all clean . fabulous holiday

This was a rare experience for us because we don't usually go back to the same place, never mind hotel, but we had enjoyed our first trip there three years ago and we were excited to take our friends to experience it as well.
So, We were allocated a lovely room on the ground floor near the indoor pool. The room was great and peaceful but given the time of year the cooler aircon wasn't switched on in the hotel yet so we had to keep our windows open at night. This was fine as we had a nice breeze but two things caused issues. 1) the very loud call to prayer every morning, very early. I appreciate this is the culture and I totally respect that however we didn't get great sleep s as a result. 2) with the windows open, every morning the stink of cigarette smoke came in the window, from where I'll never know but I did notice smoking is a very common thing in Side and possibly Turkey so bear that in mind.
Beds was oh so comfy, shower was great and to be honest, everything else about the place was top notch. The food was brilliant, especially the vegetables, all cooked in abundance and to perfection whether inside the restaurant or outside it on the grill.
There was loads of gluten free options available, even a small gluten free section with breads and desserts. Time for the name drops here, the chefs Issa and my good friend Arif looked after me so well as I have Coeliac disease, gluten free pancakes in the morning, GF pizza or burgers (on buns) for lunch, GF pastas for dinner, all made to order. This is in addition to all the other food that was suitable and pointed out by the other chefs there, including Sezgin and the executive chef (sorry, can't recall his name). These guys were all brilliant and helpful.
On to the waiters, we were delighted to see that along with Issa and Arif, Hakan was still working there waitering and again, nothing was a problem. Despite a reasonable occupancy level he remembered our drinks order every day without needing to ask. We were very happy to see him again.
Sedat and Hasan were also very welcoming and helpful as waiters and kept a happy smile whilst doing all they could for us.
Emer was still there as well, working in the patisserie bar and the main bar, very attentive and friendly. Arzu also made an impression on us at the bar, great service.
Last but not least I will mention Arjin from guest services, he was extremely helpful and chatty and did everything he could to make our stay as good as it could be.
The only changes at the hotel in the three years was the obvious display of certain spirits for drinking. Whilst lurking deep in the menus they were no longer all on display so make sure you check the menus out if you'd like a nice single malt...
The health spa was also great, i'd recommend checking it out and having a hammam scrub and a massgge, deals can be done on the prices!
Small things that could be sorted to make a better experience for all. The fridge in each room was well stocked with soft drinks, beer and water both still and carbonated but even though they knew I was Coeliac there was an opportunity missed to put some GF beer in the fridge instead, that would been really 5 star treatment and extremely welcome. Further to that, despite the wide range of beers on the menus in each bar, there was no GF beer or lager to be seen anywhere and no cider so people with Coeliac Disease (1% of the population) don't get the same choice as everyone else.
There are ample opportunities to walk along the beach into old Side if you avert your eyes to a lot of junk lying near the water outside some of the hotels but it didn't spoil things for us and certainly nothing to do with our hotel which was spotlessly clean.

This was our first stay at the miramare beach hotel in Side, Turkey and it ticked all the boxes. The food was amazing with a fabulous choice in both the main restaurant and the bars around the resort. All thr staff were helpful and friendly from bar staff down to the animation team with a special mention to Ozcan who always went the extra mile to make things fun and entertaining. If you are thinking of coming to Turkey and can heartily recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The hotel is predominantly German oriented however we never felt left out. 5 stars.

The food is of the highest quality, the rooms are well appointed and generous, the pool and leisure facilities are brilliant, and the Mini Disco and evening entertainment firm family favourites!
Shout out to Ozcan from the Animation team for his hospitality, and to Serhat the hotel photographer for a professional family photo shoot on the beautiful grounds and beach complete with a stunning printed luxury photobook. Memories of a lifetime captured.

Our room was 1172 ground floor.
The other 3 rooms were also on the ground floor on the other side of the building, by the indoor pool.
The hotel is well kept & very clean, beds are hard but surprisingly comfortable. Duvets are too small for the bed but if you turn them sideways they work ok. Good coffee machine which can be used for hot water for tea too, fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, water & milk cartons. Which are replaced when used.
Food is plentiful with a choice of restaurants to eat in & amazing buffet style restaurant, we ate there mostly, lots choices of breakfast, lunch & dinner, ice cream & a wonderful patisserie & snacks are available throughout the day too. Premium drinks in the bars not cheap makes.
We ate at the pool bar twice which was really good. And the A la Carte Italian night which was also lovely.
The beach bar however is absolutely awful 😞 worst service, really slow for food to arrive with missing items & one meal completely didn't arrive no cutlery either. 0* meal & experience in a 5* hotel VERY POOR my husband was poorly the next day & we can only put that down to the food he ate, no one else had the meat balls only him.
Staff try but just constantly spoke to us all in German even when we said we were from the UK
The guests are predominantly German.
There are one or two who really take thier job seriously & give excellent service. These are in the bar area.
We spent our evenings after dinner in the games room, played pool a few times, first time ever we've had to pay to hire the balls €5 & €8 both charged different amounts 🤔.
Cues are in bad condition & table isn't flat it leans, balls don't return. Only used it twice.
It was quieter there than the main bar.
The beach is on site & huge shopping centre just minutes walk away.
Lots of well cared for cats around the hotel.
Complaints about our room
Our room 1172 is ground floor, with a view of the hotel opposite pool. Just above the busy loading bay for the hotel.
Unfortunately we were disturbed constantly at all times of the day & up to midnight then again starting at 7 am EVERY MORNING with furniture being moved & scraping along the floor.
We complained daily, got a member of staff to come to our room & listen at 7.15 am & spoke to the manager he did offer us a different room, after 4 nights, but this was by the lift & looking out on to the front hotel door & we didn't think we'd be any better off so we declined.
At one point we thought it was the people upstairs, but they went home & it continued.
With only 2 nights left and a complete lack of sleep I sent an email to the hotel, hoping someone would take us seriously because of this, we were offered another room, with a sea view, but this was the second day my husband was poorly & we absolutely could not pack up , and move as he was still feeling fragile. We just wanted the noise to stop.
We were asked what they could do to make it better & honestly couldn't think of anything, apart from stopping the noise, we'd lost sleep & it had ruined our holiday. We asked for a free late check out on departure day & this was agreed for 2 of our 4 rooms. Better than nothing but they made me sign a paper to say we'd take it no further.
Which made us both feel they had had similar complaints before. I signed the print out but added a bit to it.
Would I recommend this hotel.
Well yes I would, but I'd say definitely avoid ground floor rooms.
Would we return 🤔 highly unlikely.
Luckily the 15 yr old will be 16 next holiday and we can do adults only hotels which we as a couple usually use & are quieter.

I stayed here for 7 nights and had the best time. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were always kept clean. The entertainment team were brilliant and planned a range of activities across the day and got everyone involved. A special thanks to Meret from the entertainment team who was a great host and really gets the karaoke nights going.
It was our first time here in Turkey Antalya but we have been travelling all over the world with many all inclusive hotels. Miramere is by far the best food choices, great quality, tasty and plenty. The grilled station is my favourite in all, the grilled fish and meat is to die for plus many salad and fresh fruits to choose from.
I found the fish restaurant we had on one evening was disappointed because my main which is grilled octopus served with mashed potatoes was stone cold.
The room, we booked economy roomwith landed view but infact it is looking over to their sister's hotel swimming pool the Miramere queen was delighted to look out. It was very comfortable and have everything you need to enjoy your stay, very modern, clean and well maintained.
The facilities is great too, very well designed sunbed is comfy and the ground is well thought throughout is matching a truly 5star hotel.
The staff are brilliant and happy to help for anything you need.
I have to give a good shout out and a massive thank you to Argin the customer relations and Jet2 itself who I booked the package holiday with whose act fast with the problem I had and so quickly, we managed to change the room halfway through our stay.
I would highly recommend Miramare hotel to the others and we will bring our friends too.

Fourth time at this amazing hotel food is out of this world so much to choose from and also the best drink selection I have seen.The rooms are spotless! The staff from every department works so hard to make your holiday memorable.Would like to give a special mention to Hakan and Sedat who looked after us at meal/drinks times also after talking to Argin he had a memory foam put on the bed after I mentioned my back problems within 10 minutes thank you again and to everyone.See you all next year.
