Relaxing location with beautiful views.
Pros:

Beautiful location. The room seemed a little small for 2 people that are not a couple but it was extremely clean, staff exceptional and you cannot have better view. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a little more lighting at night when walking on the property. The stairs are sometimes hard to see.

Für einen Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Inhaberin war sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Nachtessen im Restaurant und das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Tolle Lage an einem einzigartigen Ort
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Blick auf die Caldera, gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber

Cons:

Gerüche der Küche, die neben unserem Raum war, störten morgens, mittags und abends. Das führte dazu, dass wir die Terrasse nicht mehr nutzen konnten.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with incredible views, lovely communal areas. Having breakfast on the terrace outside the room each morning was a real treat, as the breakfast was delicious and the settingwas beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful, and both the room and facilities were very clean. There is also a beautiful fine dining restaurant attached to the hotel which we really enjoyed dinner at.

Cons:

We booked Sun Rocks for only two nights as a special treat, largely because of the beautiful advertised pool which is not common in Santorini. On our only full day, the pool/deck was closed for varnishing and maintenance, with no warning at check-in. Reception initially didn’t even seem to know it was happening.
Communication was poor, and we were first told we could swim, then that we couldn’t, then reassured it would reopen that afternoon and that we would be contacted. When we got back that afternoon we were told it was closed for the rest of the day.
For a hotel of this standard, closing a major advertised facility without properly informing guests was very disappointing. Had we known in advance, we would have reconsidered booking. However, when we raised our concerns, the owner personally came to apologise and offered compensation for this issue, which we genuinely appreciated.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room was amazing, we really appreciated the room upgrade. Breakfast can be served on the balcony, which was such a lovely experience with the beautiful view.

A special mention goes to the staff - everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent and made us feel very welcome.

Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily recommend!

The breakfast was generous, healthy and fresh

Cons:

We loved everything. Our room was slightly small and a little bit tricky to manage with luggage, but this is truly a first world problem.

Vistas impresionantes. Piscina estupenda. Algo sobrevalorado.

Cama bastante cómoda. Desayuno excelente. La piscina y sus tumbonas, estupendas. El personal del bar de la piscina excelente.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación entraba mucha luz por las mañanas desde primera hora, pues tenía unas ventanas pequeñitas arriba que no tenían protección.
El último día no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina porque desde las 9 de la mañana se pusieron a barnizar el suelo y estaba todo desmantelado. El desayuno nos causó mala impresión ese día pues estaban todas las mesas apiladas y nosotros en una esquina. Podían haberlo avisado y hubiéramos desayunado en nuestra terraza. Incomprensible en un hotel de esta categoría.
