Overall nice Holiday Inn
Pros:

Overall, a good Holiday Inn. Okay room, Okay breakfast, pleasant staff (except for the shuttle driver—always grumpy and unwilling to help with anything), and a great location.

Cons:

The shuttle driver didn't help out at all, but that didn't spoil the fun.

Cons:

I was not able to call the hotel for them to send me their shuttle upon arrival at the airport.
So it would be helpful that, at the reservation, the question would be asked whether we need a transportation to them

You can’t catch the airport shuttle

I like that it’s close

Cons:

I stayed here because I saw they had an airport shuttle . The main reason I stayed here was so that I could leave my car and catch the shuttle to and from the airport . They DO NOT allow you to keep your car here. The night before when asking the front seat, they never mentioned this when I asked what time the shuttle leaves. They knew I had driven my car there . Last minute, I had to find a parking spot but they were all sold out. It was actually a mess and very inconvenient.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

Full disclosure...we have not stayed here...yet! We do have a reservation for January 2027, and that's the reason I'm writing this review. I just booked two rooms through a third-party site, and because we're sure we're traveling, we booked the non-refundable rate. All good, except since I was making multiple reservations one after the other, I didn't change the dates. Ugh. I immediately called the booking site, and of course, was told there is nothing they can do since they were non-refundable and no changes allowed. I called the hotel directly. I was late at night and I talked with the nicest gentleman at the front desk. He didn't have the authorization to cancel the rooms, but he told me call in the morning and speak with the general manager, Trevor. I called early the next day and spoke with Trevor. I explained my mistake and apologized accordingly, and he was so kind and quickly handled the cancelation with no trouble at all. I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service at this hotel, and I'm looking forward to staying (I rebooked immediately for the correct dates) and hopefully meeting Trevor personally to thank him for his professionalism and kindness. Too many businesses today don't go the extra mile to help customers/guests in need, but that certainly isn't the case here! Thanks so much for a great experience and for the help!

Staff at the front desk did offer discount breakfast. Read sign $17.99 per person in front of Resturant. A family member said same thing never mention to anyone in our group at check in (12 of us from out of state). Someone in our group overheard that you discount if you pre pay at front desk. So I asked about it to get the discount. We had basically same free breakfast at previously hotel. Just not worth $17.99.
