Cons:

All night long noise in the hallways, no sleep possible. The room was not at all what was advertised. I got old room without balcony or street view.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was the best part about it. It was very central and within walking distance of different sights and nice restaurants etc. Public transport was also very close.

Cons:

Sadly the room looked incredibly tired and was in need of proper cleaning. The curtains had holes in them, the walls had peeling wallpaper and although I believe the sheets must have been washed, there were stains on both the pillowcases and blanket that just had not come out. They were quite visible and made everything feel dirtier. I believe that if you run a hotel and have white sheets and pillowcases that can't be properly cleaned anymore then the next step is to replace them with new ones instead of making guests keep on using them. I also believe that it is about time to replace the pillows inside the pillowcases, but thankfully the spare pillow on the shelf was cleaner and didn't feel as lumpy.
The carpet in the room was also in need of a proper cleaning other than just vacuuming. The carpet in the hallway was worse.
Also, there was a fire escape landing outside my window and if you left the window open from the top to ventilate then actually the window was wholly open and you could very easily push/pull it open as it was broken. Not a problem in itself other than for the fact that one day I came back to my hotel to find that housekeeping had been to my room and left the window open on ventilation (I always closed the window when I left the room). Not only was it a safety issue, but also the room got very cold as I imagine it had been open for hours. When I asked the receptionist to give feedback to the housekeeping to not leave windows open after they're done with cleaning, the receptionist picked up on how it was a safety issue and that with the weather we had the room got cold and said she'd pass the feedback on.

L’emplacement était parfait, personnel très gentil. La chambre était très propre.

Cons:

L’emplacement de la chambre. Nous avions des voisines espagnoles très bruyantes et qui passaient par la fenêtre de leur chambre pour passer sur l’escalier extérieur qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Elles ont ouvert notre porte de chambre et notre fenêtre aussi puisqu’elles passaient par la fenêtre de leur chambre.

Bien pour un court sejour
Pros:

Confort et situation de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le bruit dehors lorsque l'on ouvre la fenêtre donc pas possible d'aérer la chambre si besoin et surtout la nuit.

Nice location with a decent price if booked in advance
Pros:

location was really nice, very central and walking distance from train station. The room was as expected from the pictures. the staff is very helpful and will try to attend to special requests. It was a nice location to be with my colleagues for our work meeting in a venue nearby.
