Service
8.6
Reception staff frequently described as helpful and friendly (assisting with early luggage storage and recommendations), though a few check-in hiccups were reported.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised as excellent and very central — short walks to Grand Place, Eurostar/Flandres/Bourse and many attractions.
Room Quality
6.2
Rooms often described as small/cramped with small bathrooms, low sinks and some worn elements (broken mattress springs, small/soft pillows); adequate for short stays.

Breakfast described as 'okay' for the locale but limited/briefly stocked and the breakfast room can feel cramped; not a standout feature.

Pros:

Ottima posizione. Colazione abbastanza ricca.

Poco riposo.

Interesting
Pros:

It was modern

Cons:

There was a weird smell coming through the vents. We figured out it was when a toilet was flushed in the upstairs rooms. Also the vents made a weird scratching sound when the air con was put on

I would definitely book again if the opportunity to come back arises.
Pros:

The accomodation itself was neat and has a good space, very pleasant staff and very easy to talk to. The facilities are good. The location js very closed to metro station and the grand place.

Cons:

There was one guy in the hotel front desk who we were asking regarding about laundry services but he was very dismissive regarding the questions about the service and kept saying “it’s closed now come back in the morning” even though he could have given us some information.
