Average experience but could be great
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and quite hard. Towels weren’t changed unless we asked and we were there for three nights.

Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

The room aircon was on but it was set on cold so it was freezing when we walked it. Took awhile to warm up lol

Stress-free stay close to Newmarket
Pros:

Easy access room with parking right outside made it a stress-free stay, there was a supermarket nearby and just a hop to Newmarket

Would happily stay again
Pros:

Location excellent and surprisingly quiet considering located on a main arterial route. Room and kitchen in very good condition. Comfy bed. Sky tv available. Shower really good.

Cons:

Bathroom clean but a little tired.

Good location - close to town. Reasonable access to parking. The bedroom was a decent size.
Friendly welcome and departure from staff at reception.

Cons:

Despite the large bedroom, by comparison the bathroom felt cramped and the decor was tired. The view out the window looked into other people's houses and so privacy was compromised.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The beds are really nice, shower pressure is awesome. Staff are lovely. Great location.
