Localização boa, próxima a Avenida Monte verde. Chalé espaçoso, pessoal da limpeza atuante para manutenção do espaço.

Cons:

Ao contrário das fotos, o café da manhã não era tão variado, os bolos em geral eram ruins e poucas opções de frios. Manutenção da piscina e sala de jogos deixa a desejar. No chalé, a limpeza do forro do banheiro e área de box poderiam ser melhoradas, tinha mofo. O wifi não alcançava no chalé, funcionando bem somente no refeitório (ao comentarmos sobre o wifi, a equipe demonstrou estar ciente, mas que não tinha muito o que fazer).

Pros:

Chalé aconchegante e confortável, a lareira faz toda diferença! Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã maravilhoso e completo!

Cons:

Única coisa é a piscina e a hidromassagem que não deu pra usar para não é aquecida o suficiente

Área verde muito bonita e bem cuidada, piscina limpa e climatizada.

Cons:

Quartos precisando de pintura (paredes sujas) , toalhas de banho encardidas por estarem velhas, e o pior, a cobrança de taxa de 10% sobre o total da estadia. Comprei pelo booking e não aparecia essa taxa. Foi uma infeliz surpresa.

Funcionários acolhedores e espaço externo de lazer muito bonito
Pros:

Fui ao evento de moto e a localização atendeu a minha expectativa. Lugar tranquilo e arborizado. Café da manhã excelente. O quarto achei antigo mas a cama boa.

Cons:

Banheiro poderia melhorar e a acustica no corredor, achei barulhenta.
