Pros:

地點就在台中火車站舊站體前巷內，在知名的宮原眼科旁，是地理位置極好的旅宿。整體環境簡單舒適，也相當安靜，當晚睡得很好。

Cons:

浴廁並未乾溼分離，僅有一片玻璃隔開淋浴區與洗手台，並未設置拉門（或推門），只有一塊踏腳墊用來阻隔外溢的水，讓人無法好好淋浴洗澡，很可惜。
