Loved it and will be coming back with my grandkids.

So much fun things for the kids, it feels like staying at a Hallmark movie, the heated pool was a great extra for everyone!

Cons:

There was crumbs on the clean bed, not sure how it got there, but we got two rooms and only the one bed had the crumbs. Over all very clean, fun, magical. Would stay again, as they were just crumbs and I'm sure if I called it would have been fixed immediately.

Pros:

It smelled like fresh baked cookies when we first walked it. The decorations were all gorgeous and screamed festive Christmas holiday and spread throughout the entire facility. The staff was very friendly (especially Santa himself), the breakfast was better than expected, 24/7 great coffee availability, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, good parking availability, and the perfect location to just about anything we wanted to do throughout Pigeon Forge.
