Luxurious room at an affordable price
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff and exceptional room with a big projector, fancy lighting and comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Sảnh đón tiếp ko chạy máy lạnh, quá nóng. phòng có ban công thì lắp 3-4 cục nóng điều hoà, cửa ko tốt nên rất ồn. ngoài ra không dọn phòng, giá đã bao gồm Vat nhưng khi yc xuất thì tính thêm 8% nữa.

Good location, AC / Bathroom light to be looked at.

Location is great in the 1st district

Cons:

Can’t keep the AC running without having the bathroom (which has no door to the bedroom) light off.
Not sure if it is by design to turn off the AC over night, but with 35C the room turns quickly very warm.

Amazing value for a very basic short-term stay.
Pros:

Great value, kind staff and the bed was comfy too

Cons:

Hot water was BARELY warm, elevator never seemed to actually come to go down (I went up every time but had to take the stairs down) and it was really noisy. The power also cuts completely when you remove the key making the fridge useless.

Lobby was under renovation. Hotel refuse to help or refund.

Lobby was under renovation with no prior notice upon booking. My room was on the 2nd floor directly across the elevator so you can imagine construction dust in the room, paint smell, noise etc. When asked to change the room, was denied and said the hotel was fully booked (?). When asked to cancel my 2nd night booking due was denied refund!!! The staff said you can stay somewhere else but no refund. So very disappointing. I had to book a new hotel due to allergic reaction.

Good location, but that's about it
Pros:

Location is great, central and super quiet, next door to the main market.

Cons:

I traveled with a group of friends and we all booked our own room. Random things worth knowing ahead of time:
- The building has many rooms without windows. Whilst rooms are still recently refurbished it's okay, but ventilation is not great.
- We received a tiny water bottle upon check-in and everything else came at an extra cost.
- The staff did not check the room during the stay, so amenities were not refilled.
- We were charged for the first night on booking.com (although it said payment upfront) and then we were asked to pay the rest in cash at check-in.
- They have offered us free stuff in exchange for a good rating, which we declined.
- One of my friends had an allergic reaction to the bedsheets, with pictures as proof, and had to change hotels. She asked for a refund for the second night only (which was paid in cash, as per above). They refused.
- Bonus - the fridge in my room was not working, not great to keep fresh water when it's so hot outside. The only comment from the staff was "I know" and they offered the fridge located in reception.

Pros:

Hotel location is convenient & making it very accessible to many places. Best part of it, around the corner there is a vintage coffee place. Sitting with a small tool & facing the roadside while drinking coffee is a good experience, and most important they served fantastic coffee!
