A friendly, welcoming place to stay for the night after a long day of hiking on the Via Jacobi (Camino de Santiago). Lovely terrace with views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Haben ohne Umstände den Besprechungsraum nutzen können. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Restaurant: super feines, edles Essen! Schöne Aussicht und Bademöglichkeit.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. I would return again. The service is outstanding and friendly. Upon entering we were welcomed and our request for a kettle in the room was met graciously.
Breakfast is small but what they provide is top quality. A suggestion would be to add a few more vegetables to the selection. We left satisfied and were pleasantly surprised by the barista made coffee provided. Top tip is to consume as much of the fresh jam as possible. It's delicious and the cheese was also very good. The view also can't be beaten.
The rooms were very clean. My mum dropped an earring under the bed and we noted that there wasn't any dust underneath the bed which is rare. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Small things like tissues in the room and a coffee machine was appreciated. Although there wasn't any air con, we didn't miss it. The lake breeze was nice to wake up too and sitting on the balcony fulfilled my mother's life long wish of waking up and drinking coffee with a beautiful scene. We found bugs minimal. The bed was firm and comfortable and we slept very well. Only suggestion would be an inclusion of a fridge.
If we ever come back to this region, we will definitely be booking the same hotel. We liked that it wasn't as busy as Interlaken but well connected enough for day trips.
The staff are amazing here.

Das kleine und gemütliche Hotel mit viel Holz liegt wunderschön am Lungerersee und eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Das Auto konnten wir unkompliziert vor dem Hotel parkieren und auch bei der Gondel waren Parkplätze vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein, die Küche gut und das Frühstück ebenfalls vollkommen in Ordnung.
