Une belle piscine mais hôtel pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles.
Pros:

Emplacement au calme à deux pas du centre ville où l’on trouve de bons restaurants.
La piscine et le parc sont très beau.

Cons:

Duplex pour 4 personnes.
Lit en 140 ! Pas de store au Velux !
La douche est minuscule.
Pas de frigo.
Le cendrier de la piscine n’est pas vidé depuis plusieurs jours. Aucune attention n’est donné au extérieur (rangement des transats, décoration sur les tables, ….). C’est un bel établissement mais il n’est pas mis en valeur. Le patron fort parle depuis la terrasse vers des amis dans la piscine … l’hôtel est à son image tape à l’œil mais pas accueillant. Il faut de la volonté pour donner du plaisir à sa clientèle.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur des 17 euros !
Nous n’avons pas mangé au restaurant.

Haven of peace near Arles, far from the maddening crowds
Pros:

The peaceful surrounding in the outskirts of Arles; very big, clean rooms, with reasonable air conditioning and very comfortable bed; lovely swimming pool under the shade of pines; excellent restaurant, and parking on-site.

Le coffre fort inutilisable
L'attache pommeau de douche cassé
Le cafard errant sur le lit
Pas d'eau chaude ce matin
Le fait d'avoir réservé deux chambres et que, clairement, pour le même prix, une était à déclasser et donc à payer moins cher (SDB dans un placard aménagé)

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, propre, chambre spacieuse, très belle terrasse pour dîner ou petit déjeuner. Piscine dans un parc très agréable. Personnel très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

Rien. A part les oreillers un peu gros et durs à mon goût, c est un detail

L'hotel mise tout sur la piscine/jardin mais tout le reste est médiocre
Pros:

La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques, ce sont les seuls bons points de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, 17€ pour des fruits immangeables (pas murs), des produits globalement peu appétissants.
Lits inconfortables avec matelas creusés par le temps, nous avons tous les deux le dos en vrac, après un séjour de 3 nuits.
Pas de shampoing/après-shampoing, uniquement un détergent à tout faire qui décape la peau.
Mobilier de chambre étudiante.
Globalement, dans cette gamme de prix, on s'attends à mieux. Et c'était sans compter la note finale, 2 spritz pour 20€.

La seva situació. A bones distàncies de tots els llocs d’interès de la zona

La dutxa. No es podia controlar la temperatura de sortida el que generava que el fet de dutxar-se fos molt desagradable.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, beaucoup de charme. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Extérieurs pleins de charme, notamment la piscine. Équipe à l'écoute et très agréable.
