Hotel needs to be renovated. Has potential being centrally located in a quiet small village.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Only grapes and some prunes and no fresh vegetables, like tomatoes or red peppers or cucumbers to accompany the cheese and salami. Fresh nice bread and pastries were available daily

Cons:

No shelves or storage space in the room for clothing. Bathroom needed a spruce up. It rained in the dining room! The staff didn’t seem to mind, just sit at another table, we were told!

Cons:

Notre réservation d'origine sur booking dans un autre logement ayant été annulée au dernier moment, nous avons réservé cet hôtel sur le pouce. Booking devait nous rembourser le surplus (ils nous l'ont confirmé par mail) mais toujours rien de perçu un mois après malgré les relances et aucune réponse...Nous avons par téléphone demandé une confirmation par message de la nouvelle réservation, la personne de l'accueil de l'hôtel nous a répondu : "je n'ai pas que ça à faire...". Ce qui est tout de même limite.

Very clean and short walk to city center where we ate lunch. Dinner at El Belvedere was the reason for the stay and it did not disappoint. The grounds were very beautiful

On y venait depuis quarante ans et avons été très déçus
Pros:

La grandeur des chambres malgré le fait qu il n y ait pas de frigo ( et sans eau d accueil)!et l absence de ventilation dans les toilettes

Cons:

L extérieur est très mal entretenu et le mobilier de terrasse est très vieux. Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire ressemblant à une offre de cantine.

Lovely Classic Hotel in a lovely vibrant village.
Pros:

The staff and the pool was excellent.

Cons:

Lack of fridge or bottled water in the room, which felt a bit sparse with laminated floors or tiles rather than carpet. The chair made a horrible noise when moved so could do with felt on the bottom of the legs and the bedroom door slammed noisily so some foam on the door stop would do wonders. Little things easily fixed.

Pros:

Joli parc et piscine, même si manque de transats qui sont réservés par des gens qui ne font qu’une apparition à la piscine.
Parking dans l’hôtel dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter car toujours complet .
Le personnel de l’hôtel est insistant quand vous ne réservez pas de petit dejeuner ni de dîner.
Nous avions réservé la chambre supérieure vue sur parc et il n’y avait aucune vue.
L’hôtel a même essayé de nous facturer un supplément pour nous avoir donné la chambre handicapé .
À la limite de la malhonnêteté mais après de multiples discussions nous avons eu gain de cause.

Hotel bien placé, très belle piscine, des services à améliorer

La piscine et son environnement naturel, la taille des chambres, la localisation proche du centre village, des moulins de Daudet et de Arles

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peu qualitatif et l espace dédié pas fonctionnel, le menu du restaurant le soir bon pas assez varié, le ton de certains serveurs, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte
