Pros:

Родзинкою готелю однозначно є вид з вікна на море і гарні світанки для номерів з видом на море. Та обслуговуючий персонал номерів та по території готелю. І мабуть це все.

Cons:

По-перше це вигляд номерів. Для категорії 5 зірок номери знатно зношені. По-друге це сніданки. За 5 днів жодного різноманіття та в 7:30 все холодне. Мінеральна вода з простроченим терміном придатності) Про те, що у вартість виходить фреш дізнались дивом. По-третє було заявлено, що басейн з підігрівом. Але дива не сталось. Як пояснили на ресепшн, через вітер та дощ їх система підігріва не справляється. Ми не раз відпочивали в Немо і там навіть в зимку все працює. Нам пояснили, що ми ж не немо 🤷‍♀️. Ну і основне, що мене вразило, то це палінні по всій території готелю. Будь хто може зайти з набережної випити кави і палити на території коли поруч знаходяться діти, вагітні та ті, хто не палить. Як виявилось готель заохочує це і навіть закон їм не указ. Вчора вдень ми відпочивали на території аквазони готелю. Я на 7му тижні вагітності і коли біля мене з трьох сторін стали палити кальян та айкоси, мій чоловік зробив зауваження, що аквазона це зона загального користування і патити не можна. На що адміністратор готелю повідомила, що я маю перейти на будь яке вільне місце де мені не буде смердіти, а попросити перейти палити в окреме місце цих людей вона не може, бо їх більше. Тому я вагітна маю шукати собі інше місце. Для готеля важливіше продати кальянів більше гостям, навіть не проживаючим в готелі, ніж виконання закону України та як готелю рекламує все для комфорта гостей. На ресепш також розвели руками і сказали, що окремої зони для паління не мають і готель має ліцензію на паління кальянів на території. На вимогу надати ліцензію спочатку відмовили, а потім дали які б папірці де зазначено, що готель має право на продаж тютюнових виробів, але ж не на паління в місцях загального користування. Залишила їм запис в книзі скарг. Висновок один, готель для тих хто палить, багато алкоголю на одну, максимум дві ночі і без дітей, бо для дітей там нема нічого, ні сніданків, ні зони відпочинку, ні місця навіть дихати морем. Будівництво поруч навіть не буду описувати.

Обожнюю М1, персонал, сервіс - все як завжди на найвищому рівні! Смачнезні коктейлі і страви, чудовий хоч і не великий басейн! прекрасні сніданки. Ми неодмінно повернемось

Це не пʼятизірковий готель (
1. Дешева постільна білизна не зручні та дешеві подушки
2. Дешевий ремонт та інтерʼєр
3. Через вхідні двері у щілино було видно коридор
4. Сніданок 4 зірки
5. Уявіть вимкнули світло спати , а вам світить холодильник , двері скляні (
6. Якщо ви з валізою , то добратися до рецепції проблема , сходи )
7. Підвищення категорії не було .
8. В душевній слизько , треба бути обережним.
9. Якщо забув зарядку , то тобі не допоможуть (
Багато моменті , я ціную те що незважаючи на війну готель працює але якщо обираєш 5 зірок , то маєш отримати комфорт та сервіс на пʼять
