Кухня, відношення персоналу, номери, дизайн, чистота, обстановка—все на найвищому рівні.
Відсутність класичного пляжу
Швейцар привітний і гарний. Чудовий вид на море з окремою доплатою
Подруга пропонувала інший готель, але мені візуально сподобались номера по картинці (але потім і це не виявилося дійсністю, бо номер був трохи обшарпаний і треба ремонт у деяких місцях)
Хоча подруга вже мала негативний досвід, але вирішили надати 2й шанс…
Загалом враження від перебування радше змішане, з помітним перекосом у бік розчарування через сервіс.
Заселення. Довелося довго чекати на номер. Окрема неприємність вийшла з багажем: ми чекали, поки його заберуть, а нам ніхто не пояснив, що речі швейцар забирає самостійно до камери схову. Через таку неузгодженість втратили купу часу на самому старті, просто очікуючи (і персонал бачив, що ми поспішаємо і чекаємо на швейцара або самостійно розмістити речі). Поки ми не підійшли за пів години самі, нам сказали, що забули нам сказати, що ми можемо йти
Персонал. Складається враження, що працюють переважно молоді й недосвідчені співробітники, які погано орієнтуються у своїх же обов’язках. Багато простих питань залишалися без чіткої відповіді. Окремо — рецепція: не раз доводилося чекати, поки там хтось взагалі з’явиться.
Номер і сантехніка. Сантехніка незручна у використанні (у раковині незручно розплескується вода). У душі відсутня перегородка, тож вода розливається по всій ванній кімнаті, ще й рушники при заселенні кладуть саме на вану і вони одразу мокрі, якщо їх не помітити.
Незрозуміло організоване освітлення — методом спроб доводилося вгадувати, який вимикач за що відповідає.

Повна відсутність сервісу, погане прибирання, номери дуже брудні, за номерами не доглядають, ванна протікає, жахливий запах з витяжки на весь номер, кондиціонер погано працює.
