Good breakfast and location
It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. Also,the bathroom could have been cleaner.
If you’re in need of a hotel in the Toledo / Perrysburg Ohio area your choices are limited. I reviewed the Hilton Garden Inn recently and would not recommend it. What’s interesting, nobody from the Hotel responded to my concerns which tells me they really don’t care.
So this time I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Levis Commons and while it has some issues, at least it’s one step above the Hilton Garden Inn, which isn’t saying much. BTW, I’m a gold member in IHG. Friendly staff. Acceptable free breakfast. Fitness room was just ok, but no sanitary wipes for equipment. Three issues: 1. No maid service daily and when they did service the room they only replaced towels, no bed sheets or cleaning but a “tip” card was left in the room. 2. The hotel has a humidity problem. It’s just damp and you can actually smell it. “Caution wet floor” signs in several locations due to dripping ceiling 3. The ceiling in my room has tape marks where it looks like the ceiling was repaired, but they didn’t paint over the drywall tape, very strange. Attention to detail is lacking. Unfortunately I would stay here again unless I find a hotel in the area that’s better than the HGI or this hotel.
Excellent location, free parking & restaurants at walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, large room and bathroom, well cleaned. Sufficient breakfast options for a good start of the day.
Unfortunately, the airconditioning was quite noisy, even when the room was right on temperature.

My mother’s room smelled a little like mildew and the shade in our room was not working properly so lowering and raising the shade was tricky but we managed.
Great location! I was on my way to NY and this was a great place to stay because I could park the truck and walk to a great selection of eateries.

The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great, sitting near a shopping center complex with many restaurants in walking distance. I didn't notice any road noise while in my room. Breakfast was convenient and a good way to start the day.
