Been before and will be back again
Pros:

Fantastic location overlooking Fowey river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent.

Cons:

A small refrigerator in each room would be a cheap and welcome addition especially as fresh milk and water is provided each day.

Welcomed warmly by staff. Made to feel at home. A nice spot from which to stroll about Fowey.
Pros:

Staff was welcoming to this cyclist on a wet day. Room was large and clean. Shower hot and good pressure. Nice coffee and teas in room. Comfortable bed with quality linens. Excellent breakfast. CLEAN as could be.

Restaurangen: väldigt lockande meny. Jag valde musslor (moules marinière). Det var toppen - stor portion och eväl tillagad. Min fru beställde en risotto med krabba och skaldjur. Risotton var tung och klibbig ("stodgy") och det var väldigt lite krabba och andra skaldjur (i Cornwall !!!). Hennes efterrätt var också stodgy. En stor besvikelse eftersom denna resa var en födelsedagspresent för henne

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel, right on the Main Street of Fowey & a terrace at the back overlooking the estuary.
Clean & modern inside & lovely staff. Apart from finding the bed a little firm we had a great stay & would recommend 😊
