Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport

Very convenient to the Raymond James stadium! We walked safely to and from the Bruno Mars concert! Front desk staff, I think her name was Vicki, was helpful, funny, friendly and nice! Room was clean and had no issues!

The bed was really soft, the swimming pool was really nice.

Location is good to get anywhere. Very quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. But no fruit at all. Everywhere these days the included breakfasts are getting less and less
One thing in the room the shower curtain on the tub is too short to stay inside the tub therefore water goes all over the bathroom floor

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Westshore/Airport during the week of July 16, 2026. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience and did not reflect the level of quality and service we have come to expect from a Marriott property.

Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the television in the bedroom was not working and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. After reporting these issues to the front desk, we were moved to a different room. While the second room's bathroom was in better condition, the television in the bedroom also did not work. Maintenance personnel attempted multiple repairs, including rebooting the system and replacing cables, but the issue remained unresolved throughout our stay. As a result, we were unable to use the bedroom television for the duration of our visit.

In addition, housekeeping service was unsatisfactory. Although we displayed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on one day of our stay, our room was never serviced during the remainder of our visit. We did not receive fresh towels, nor was the room cleaned or restocked with necessary amenities. This lack of housekeeping attention was both inconvenient and disappointing.

The complimentary breakfast was another area of concern. The food selection was extremely limited, there was no fresh fruit available, the bananas were brown and overripe, and the milk appeared to be spoiled. The quality and presentation of the breakfast fell well below what I would consider acceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel.

While I appreciate the courtesy of the front desk staff and their efforts to address our concerns, the unresolved maintenance issues, inadequate housekeeping, and poor breakfast quality negatively affected our overall experience.

I respectfully request that management review these concerns and consider appropriate compensation for the significant inconvenience we experienced during our stay. More importantly, I hope corrective action is taken to ensure future guests receive the level of service and accommodations that Marriott properties are known for providing.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at when I visit Tampa. The staff here are always pleasant and respectful.

I had a great stay. The front desk staff was nice, friendly and very professional. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was very nice was well. I will be returning when I come to town again.
