Pros:

l'emplacement central dans Ierapetra, le calme dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner correct, les habitants de Iérapétra très accueillants

Cons:

sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas; les lits étaient faits de manière étrange ( le drap du dessous était installé mais pas celui du dessus); dans nos chambres seule la poubelle était vidée tous les jours ( lits non faits , le ménage non plus)

Le condizioni del bagno non all’altezza di una struttura come quella, dove odore di scarico fognario in bagno, supporto del doccino rotto, condizioni generali dei sanitari insufficienti .tenda della camera parzialmente staccata dal supporto. dopo che è piovuto, si è depositato sul balcone più di 1 cm di acqua che si è accumulata per più giorni.
Non è presente nessun attaccapanni. La scelta dei prodotti per la colazione è appena sufficiente per un boutique hotel .

המלון בכלל לא בוטיק, סתם שקר.
חניה רחוקה מאוד, חדר חשוך בטירוף חשפו בתאורה ברמה של קמצנים.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με ότι χρειάζεσαι να είναι σε απόσταση περπατήματος

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο με αρκετές ελλείψεις στις παροχές και σίγουρα αρκετή απόκλιση από αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Οργάνωση τύπου BnB και basic πρωϊνό. Υπήρχαν επίσης φθορές που θα έπρεπε να έχουν αποκατασταθεί πριν από τη διάθεση του δωματίου (σκασμένοι τοίχοι, καμπίνα ντους)

Μέτρια διαμονή, ήξερα που έκανα κράτηση αλλα τουλάχιστον τα αυτονόητα.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο για 93€ ανα διανυκτέρευση τον μήνα Σεπτέμβριο.Επίσης είναι απαράδεκτο ανοίγοντας τον κλιματισμό να μυρίζει έντονα τσιγάρο. Συντήρηση λέγεται, είναι θέμα υγείας. Μπορείτε να βάλετε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό στο ψυγείο 0,15€ κοστίζει.

Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και κοντά στο λιμάνι της Ιεράπετρας.
Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά ικανοποιητικό με διάφορες αλμυρές και γλυκές επιλογές.
Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο και εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Ήταν στενό το δωμάτιο αλλά και το μπάνιο για τρία άτομα. Είχε πολλή φασαρία το βράδυ από τα γύρω μαγαζιά.

Struttura adatta a un soggiorno brevissimo, senza aspettarsi un trattamento da hotel
Pros:

Il punto più positivo è la posizione, nel centro di Ierapetra. In alta stagione può non essere facile trovare parcheggio nel vicino parcheggio comunale sul porto. La colazione ha prodotti di buona qualità, ma molto scarsa sul lato del salato; bevande come espresso, cappuccino et similia non sono incluse e vanno pagate a parte.

Cons:

Su Booking la pagina dell’hotel riporta fra i servizi la pulizia giornaliera. Arrivati in hotel, scopriamo che la pulizia viene effettuata ogni tre giorni (non è chiaro quali). In un soggiorno di otto giorni, gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati una volta (lasciando peraltro degli asciugamani con delle macchie rosse); stesso discorso per le lenzuola e solo perché il primo set era bucato. La camera non è mai stata pulita, neppure il pavimento. Il bagno non è fornito neanche dello scovolino. L’orario della colazione riportato su Booking è dalle 7.30 alle 10. In sede di check-in l’unica informazione che ci è stata data è che l’orario della colazione è dalle 8.35 alle 10.30. Scopriamo poi che in realtà la colazione è accessibile dalle 8 alle 10 attraverso il loro sito (sito che riporta gli effettivi servizi offerti che differiscono da quelli riportati su Booking). A colazione viene richiesto di sparecchiare le stoviglie utilizzate. Le stanze sono ben arredate, ma risultano un po’ piccole. In definitiva, può essere una struttura forse adatta per un soggiorno di qualche giorno ma non per periodi più lunghi, e sopratutto con la consapevolezza di star acquistando un servizio da hotel (boutique, addirittura), che non riceverete. Gli orari del presidio fisico della reception rispettati molto raramente. Per la prima volta in quindici anni di utilizzo ho dovuto aprire un reclamo con Booking…
