Schöner Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel direkt neben dem Parque de los novios. Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu und hie und da wäre Etwas Pflege nötig. Trotzdem hat der Stil seinen Reiz und man fühlt sich wohl. Mein Zimmer im vierten Stock war sehr gross. Hatte neben einem schönen Badezimmer mit Dusche unter freiem Himmel zusätzlich noch Dampfsauna. Der Aussenbereich war riesig und hatte neben Sitzgelegenheiten auch noch 2 Liegestühle mit Polster. Senor Mario und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und gesprächig. Das Frühstück wurde nach meinen Wünschen jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage direkt neben dem Park bedingt eine gewisse Resistenz gegen Lärm wobei bei geschlossener Türe es durchaus auszuhalten war. Die Lage direkt neben Park hat den grossen Vorteil das man 20m rechts und links gleich ein Restaurant und fussläufig noch dutzend andere erreichbar sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Die Klimaanlage macht die Hitze sehr erträglich. Fernseher und Radio runden das ganze ab. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht gross etwas zu bemängeln.

Casona Colonial, muy bien!
Pros:

Una casona colonial muy linda y acogedora. El área de la piscina y el baño turco excepcionales. El personal siempre atento a tus necesidades. El desayuno bueno y variada.

Cons:

En general todo bien en relación a la antigüedad de la propiedad están renovando y cambiando detalles.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus, car nous avons trouvé que les commentaires et les notes étaient vraiment surcotés pour cet hôtel. L’hôtel est certes en centre-ville, mais cela implique aussi tous les désagréments qui vont avec : beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin. De plus, le matelas n’était pas très confortable.

I liked the pool and the man who managed it. He was very nice & very helpful!

Cons:

When we got here, we had to wait till 3PM even though the hotel was very empty. Then when we got in the room, there was no toilet paper and the AC was not working & it honestly was not really like the pictures. Don’t expect a window. When asking for another room it took some time but eventually we got a new one where luckily the AC worked.

The pigeons that kept trying to get into the pool. Very unhygienic. The breakfast was not that great, limited. The sound at night was quite loud since it’s besides the park, they do provide earplugs however. The receptionist also wasn’t very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Placita Vieja. It is located in the parque de los Novios, close to all the major tourist attractions in Santa Marta. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful with any request we had. The pool is small but great as well and the room was amazing.

Cons:

It's not the hotel fault but sleeping well and deeply is extremely difficult given its location and the noise of the main square. Luckily, the hotel staff provides ear buds to help you sleep

Centrico pero MUY ruidoso
Pros:

El hotel está muy céntrico y bien situado. Las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y limpias

Cons:

Muy ruidoso!! El volumen de la música en los locales de la plaza era elevadisismo (tanto que en la mesilla de noche ya te dejan tapones para los oidos).
Una de las habitaciones no tenia ventana (bueno, tenia pero daba a una pared). Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y tuvimos que pagar un extra.
El hotel es correcto, pero creo que no se corresponde con un 5*

Superbe séjour d'une semaine!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Nous avons apprécié notre grand balcon et la piscine. La chambre était magnifique. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux Santa Marta près de tout et le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

C'était la semaine sainte et il y avait beaucoup de bruit et de musique jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Heureusement ils nous ont fourni des bouchons. Notre matelas était trop mou.

Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, está literalmente en el parque de los novios donde se concentra todo el comercio y vida nocturna del centro histórico pero a su vez está a una distancia prudente para que se pueda dormir tranquilamente.

Cons:

Falta un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en el área de la terraza y piscina pero nada grave, son solo detalles.
